I've had several courses of antibiotics (oral surgeries) and many years of taking aspirin and ibuprofen. So, even though I went gluten/grain free for the last year, I still had bloating and bouts of diarrhea and constipation. I've lost almost 20 lbs. in the last two years but only a half inch from my 40 inch waist. I'd also been taking another probiotic for many years. So, after three months on Bio Complete, and following the lectin free diet, I no longer swing between diarrhea and constipation. I still haven't lost any additional weight but my waist measurement has gone to 39 inches. I hoped for faster results and that burst of energy and clarity so many have experienced, but realize there is a lot of damage down there to repair first. I stocked up and will continue to use this and look for more results.

I must admit I was skeptical about the potential results, but the improvements for me have been, reduced stomach size with regular bowl movements, producing less pressure on my lungs. Improved energy levels without the need for additional food intake or supplements. I find that my desire for food has also subsided, without " the being on a diet" motivation. My weight has not begun to decline yet.( only 2 weeks in) but I feel less bloated all over. Some body definition is returning on legs and arms. It is only a matter of time and the extra kilos will move off. Some other body and movement changes are harder to describe at this early stage and may be more related to the better wellbeing feeling, but I will keep you informed.

I have been using Dr. Gundry's PreBioTHRIVE and Vital Reds for quite awhile and liked the combination. When he introduced Bio Complete 3 I was interested to experiment how combining the 3 Bio's would effect my gut system... I am 77 and a had accumulated that bloated gut that starts under the breast and rounds out and under the belly and within 2 weeks of using the product I started noticing a reduction and now 2 months later I can honestly say it's reduced over half... and feel more energetic than have in years... As a vegetarian quite a few of the foods on your 'try to avoid' list are/were high on my 'ok to eat' list, so it's being a trial and error journey so far. I do like the help to minimize cravings the supplements give... (the reason I wanted to try them). Possibly it's still early days for me but I'm determined to stay the course for as long as I can. After all it's taken time to get to the state I'm in I can't expect overnight miracles... living in hope!

I'm on my second container of ProPlant Complete Shake. I chose chocolate flavor for the added benefits of the chocolate. I also add Vital Reds and MCT powder to it with some collagen to have an all in one drink. It gives me a gradual feeling of well-being so I end up not hungry for hours without any crash. That good feeling happens with or without the extra added supplements. I'm also able to get tasks done that I would sometimes drag to get done. I can definitely feel a difference when I don't take it.
