We have tried both the Chocolate Shake & the Vanilla Shake both very good we found mixing the Vanilla Shake alot easer & like the taste better but above all we found it works in helping ours weight management

Was not sure of product and it claims before ordering but after 2 months I can say my wife and I notice a difference in our bowel movements and generally feel better. I was hoping to lose weight but I have been eating terrible and just glad I haven't gained weight. Newsletter with product is also very good and informative. I will continue to take product and try to do the right thing by eating right. So far no complaints all. Good.

I have been enjoying a Pro plant complete shake every morning for breakfast. I add half a banana with unsweetened coconut milk making a delicious meal. I find my skin looks healthier, cravings have decreases and I have a more sustained energy throughout the day.

Have been using for two weeks and find it has made a difference in my digestion and regularity. I can not at this time notice other overall health and well being attributes described in promotional piece but am continuing the process hoping for future long term benefits. I have increased exercise as recommended and have managed to lose 2 pounds. I look forward to reporting in two or three months to update my progress.

I'm one of those people that gains weight in the winter and loses it before the summer-sometimes. I went for my yearly checkup and my family physician told me to shed 10 pounds because I was diabetic and had high cholesterol. I hate going to the gym and running/fast walking has started to hurt my right knee. Feeling anxious, that night I started browsing the web looking for diets and/or weight loss suggestions. I count calories, I use portion bowls, portion containers, and my rule of thumb is if it can't fit in the bowl I'm not suppose to have it. Learning about what I put in my gut really matters. I started my journey in September of 2020 purchasing (4) bottles of Bio Complete 3 and I lost 35 pounds. In November when I had my blood work rechecked I reversed my diabetes and I no longer have high cholesterol! In January I purchased (3) more bottles of Bio Complete 3 because my new goal for myself is to lose 20 more pounds. It's been amazing to see the pounds fall off and I don't have to go to the gym. Don't get me wrong I'm still active. I exercise by doing yoga in the mornings before work and I walk 3 to 4 times a week. My journey has just begun! Thank you Steven Gundry MD.

For over 30 years I have had digestion problems. Now they are getting better
Presently I take total restore, lectin shield and hi POLYPHENOLS evoo. Whereas other Doctors have not helped. The following is my benefits from lectin shield.

After taking lectin shield for 1 month I have had less troubles with gas, bloating "intestinal grumbling ", headaches and allergies. I have energy to make better meals and more productive around the house. My sleeping has greatly improved. My breathing has gotten better. When eating now I have lost my cravings and feel "fulller" between meals. Overall good products.

I highly recommend bio complete 3. Especially if you have gut issues. I haven't had a flare up since I started using the product. And I'm having productive bowel movements daily!

I was looking for a Probiotic when I saw Bio Complete 3 being advertised and I was a bit hesitate to actually believe the reviews. They were all really good. I bought 1 bottle to try out. It has been AMAZING! Just like everybody says... My gut is fantastic, I no longer have cravings for sweets, I actually want to eat better food! My skin is looking fabulous, Sebaceous cysts that I have had for years on my face are almost cleared up... not kidding on that! I feel better, I have more energy (I'm 60 yrs young) and I'm a firm believer in Dr. Gundry's product. I HIGHLY recommend you try it for yourself, you wont be wasting your money... it really does work.

I decided to stop taking the probiotics I have used for years to try the BioComplete because it offered the "Complete" formula for digestion. I do not experience the bloating I did experience in the past. I feel more in control of my digestive health and will continue the "Complete" regiment.

Just want to thank Dr. Gundry for all the excellent products that he sells. I use the olive oil from Morocco snd Biocomplete. I am enjoying the health benefits. I am more energetic, and regular bowel movements. My BP is well controlled and my skin is looking younger.

I was having real issues when I would eat cartain types of meals, I would have to go to the bathroom at times that were not convenient. I was no able to keep this on a schedule. I am 63 years old and still work full time and going #2 during the work day wa not good. I also was full of gas and very little came out solid. After talomg Bio Complete 3 this all changed over night and now I am back to normal. I really appreiate the changes it made for me.

I started taking Bio Complete 3 daily about 2 weeks ago and have noticed that I have more energy and better stools already. I eat well and exercise regularly and the improvements I have noticed are remarkable. Before taking Bio Complete 3, I was consistently lethargic and was not regular. This is the only change I have made to my normal routines so I am giving credit where it is due. I will keep taking daily and monitor progress and hope the improvements continue.

I'm 66 yrs old and an avid cyclist who biked 8000 miles in 2020. I have been drinking the ProPlant Shake for over a month and really like it. I have it in the morning with almond milk and a banana. It has become a clean, light, healthy replacement for breakfast. Plus, I had been trying to quit coffee and now I find that the shake also replaces my morning craving for coffee! I drink my shakes before going out on my almost-daily bike rides. I do like the chocolate taste. On the down side, I have had to experiment with what I add to the shake -- tap water or coconut water or almond milk -- because I get diarrhea when I use coconut water (well, the canister does say 'potent high fiber'). I want to think that the shake was just 'cleaning me up' in a good way because I do feel lighter, leaner by using the shake for over a month now.

I have always had horrible IBS symptoms. I had either constipation or diarrhea, I also had horrible gas pains. I had worked in the ER for many years and as a colon hydro therapist. This product has done amazing things to calm down my bowel symptoms and to get me more regular. I'm feeling so much better now and wish I would have found it sooner.

For the first 2 weeks of taking bio complete 3 things weren't significantly different... yes, I did have more frequent bowels movements, but nothing really drastic. On the third week, all of a sudden it was like something kicked in, and I began to always get hungry! Before breakfast, between meals, and even at night or even in the night! I have always had quite a slow metabolism, have been overweight, and next to never got hungry... people have been saying I look slimmer, and I even notice my clothes just don't seem as tight as they were a few weeks ago! So far... I love Bio Complete 3 and will continue to use it!

I've experienced incomplete digestion and sporadic bowel movements for years. I've tried various probiotics with very little improvement. I've heard of leaky gut before and about all the various foods that might cause it but just wasn't willing to eliminate so many foods from my diet permanently. When I heard about the claims that Bio complete 3 makes I was skeptical, but figured it was so much easier and probably cheaper than the elimination diet I might as well give it a shot. It took about a week before I saw much improvement in my digestion, as I was continuing to eat the same foods, but after 2 weeks the foods that often caused me digestive issues weren't a problem anymore. I'm a true believer!
