I am very satisfied with all of the products I have gotten from Dr gundry. My digestion has improved and I feel great! Thank you doctor!

I have been using the Chocolate ProPlant Shake for over a year and now I am excited to have the new vanilla flavor as an alternate choice. It mixes really well and a delicious flavor with all of the health & nutrition benefits that I have come to appreciate the Dr Gundry's products.

Please don't Doubt your "gut " feeling about Bio Complete 3. It is nothing short of a miracle for the great work it has done for my Husband's stomach. He was having stomach pains for three months prior to taking bio 3 complete. I asked him to try the Bio Complete just t to see if it would help. After the first day of using bio complete the pain was gone. It was like a miracle and he hasn't had stomach issues sense. My experience with Bio Complete was even greater than his. For the past 10 years I have been suffering with constipation due to pain medication. My doctor had me on a Prescription for constipation. It has worked somewhat for me but not as good as I would have like. Unfortunately the cost of my Prescription has increased for me by $100 a month, which I could no longer afford. Then came the blessing in disguise. Dr Gundry "Bio Complete 3." I said let me try it. I mean "why not "what do I have to loose it's still cheaper than my prescription. I tried it. It was everything and Then some! I could go to the bathroom again. I felt great! " It worked!" Even better than my prescription did. Bio Complete has made an enormous difference in helping my whole G. I. system! I am more regular which I wasn't before, which was drastically affecting my asthma as a bad side effect of whatever was going on in my system. That has now mostly stopped and I am freed from some really horrible bloatiing and bad breathing days.

The BIO Complete 3 from Dr. Steven Gundry is good, but I still have to not eat all bad either. It doesn't make me hungry and I now have a smaller appetite when I take it on time on a daily schedule. I see results now after taking it and working out especially doing sit ups and exercise.

I still weigh around the same, but the stomach area shrink up, but like I said. It can fluctuate too and I can get back to the old look too depending on what I eat. Just like that line, "It takes two to make a thing go right"!

Tastes great. Helping my GI issues. No pain or reflux. Would definitely recommend to others. Have more energy.

Bio Complete 3 is fantastic product. Before I had problem with the digestion now problem has solved. Bowl moment is improved as well. I had improvement in the good night sleep. This product is really good.

I had lost 80 pounds and a recurring lower back infection set me back a couple years. I have lost 35 pounds of the 80 I put back on battling the infection. I was stuck at 215 pounds. I am 46 years old and have always worked hard to stay healthy and fit. The past few years I have had fat increase around my midsection that has been impossible to get rid of. I love this shake I'm 47yrs I was struggling with lack of energy, no self esteem, swing mood and knee joints pain. After 2 week (5 x p/wk) drinking Plant chocolate shake I noticed my energy went up, specially in my self esteem and my knees. Now I am able to do my squats exercises normally no more pain.

I felt much better after only a couple of days of taking Bio Complete 3 with breakfast and dinner. I've lost 10 pounds since I started this past Sunday (so in 6 days). I am eating an Atkins style diet and never feel hungry. I made a Crustless Broccoli & Cheese Quiche today (pictured below).

I watched A Video from Dr. Gundry online about Lectins & how they affect us. He discussed Leaky Gut & Gut Health, showed how Lectins in certain foods and drinks tear us inside. That woke me up! Addressed side effects from Lectins weightgain, Low Energy, other Health issues. Told his Story got my Attention & Heart. I got 3 Bottles Bio complete3 been taking it for almost a month. I feel more Energy, Able to stay on track with my bowels, I don't feel over weight anymore. I am not regular by any means and only able to go every other day or every 2 days.
However, I have been able to go every day after taking Complete 3. The started being able to go normally after the 2nd day of taking Complete 3.
At times, I cramp a little late at night but the next morning I go and feel great. This will not keep me from taking it because going every day is much better than going every other day or every 2 days.

Ordered for my daughter and she love's it, she is feeling better (digestion)I am happy with the progress she is making on her health.

This is the best shake I have ever had and I love the fact that it is good for me. My favorite way of having the shake is the add 1 scoop of Vital Reds, 1 scoop of the ProPlant Shake, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, several spinach leaves, a small handful of dried cranberries and 6 large ice cubes. It makes a meal in itself and I am so satisfied.
