I love this product. Bio complete 3. I felt a difference in my digestive system within the first 48 hours. And i love the follow up mails about nutrition, health and products.

After using Bio Compete 3 for about a month it seems to be keeping me more constant & regular. The blend of Prebiotic, Probiotics, and Postbiotics is a great combination that I haven't seen on store shelves.

Since starting on Bio Complete 3, I have been regular which hasn't been the case for the most part of my life. It has been worse since having cesarean delivery for my 3 children. I also have felt more energy in my body throughout the day!

My doctor recommended that I try Dr Gundry's meal replacement shakes since I was having problems losing weight after 50. As of now I've tried the chocolate and vanilla and both are delicious, especially when I mix in some frozen fruit. I've lost 8# and find the shakes to be filling and satisfying. Better than anything that Herbalife or SlimFast could ever make!

I am a 72 year old female. I had emergency surgery end of October to remove gallbladder. Subsequently, I had 4 more "attacks" each about 3-4 weeks apart. Gastroenterologist ordered extensive labs and tests including ultrasounds and upcoming endoscopy. I began taking Leaky Gut Repair and later ordered Bio Complete 3. Since taking these supplements, I have had no further "attacks" or painful knot in stomach/intestines. I feel good, but have not lost any weight. My daily activites include briskly walking two dogs for 45 minutes. I also use the exercise bike for 15 minutes five days a week. I have started eating and snacking on your kale salad with EVOO salad dressing. (I add some pine nuts.)

This product is delicious and filling. It's great for chocoholics! The protein mix releases energy and tastes great in smoothies.

I started taking a month ago. Many of my issues- bloating, Diarrhea, constipation have been better.

I have only tried the Proplant Complete Shake, but I am loving it. It tastes delicious and I feel it is helping my back and knee pain. I sometimes put in my tea in the morning or make a great shake for afternoon snack.

I tried Lectin Shield before and didn't think it was doing anything, but this time I think it is helping my gut more. I'm using quite a few supplements to help me keep my digestive system working more normally. I previously had emergency surgery that removed 4 feet of my small intestine, so I'm not sure if that also messes up my elimination process. So far this Lectin Shield seems to be helping.

I only have been taking the product for a few weeks now. I feel a difference in my stomach. I want to believe this will completely heal my stomach. My micro biome has been messed up my entire life. It feels great to not have pain everyday.

I love lectin containing foods but as I get older I have noticed a change in my reaction to these foods that have resulted in abdominal discomfort and fatigue that us disproportional to my activity level. Within 2 days of taking Bio Complete-3 I truly couldn't believe in noticable change in the decrease in fatigue and abdominal discomforts. I am a board certified family nurse practitioner and am skeptical of claims made unless I experience it fir myself. I am going to continue Bio Complete-3 because I'm experiencing improvement in my overall wellbeing.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for almost a month. The main thing I have noticed is that I am becoming more regular. One thing I think would improve the formula is to add more probiotic strains.

I definitely have stomach and poop issues. I believe these issues are from years of taking antibiotics as a kid. I have tried multiple diets and supplements. About 9 moths ago I significantly reduced my meat intake (limited meat to only 2-3 meals a week), which has helped. I have been taking BioChem 3 for about 2.5 weeks and have definitely noticed easy poops, less hunger and junk food cravings and much better sleep. I am very happy with the product and will continue to use it. I also enjoy the educational aspect of your emails, I think you can lose the hokey marketing stuff.
