At first, I found the product a little sour on the taste side, however after a few days I got use to the taste. It was really helpful in substituting as filler for my lunch. It was surprising to me that although it was a liquid it actually sent e to the bathroom on a regular basis. The product also assisted me in keeping a balanced diet.

Within 2 weeks of taking Total Restore BioComplete3, my patch of elbow psoriasis cleared about 98%! Implemented a Keto diet a few weeks later also to support these supplements. Just reordered both! Very pleased!

The MCT formula is incredible. I have more energy, which surprised me. It's taste is pleasant, which was a plus.

My husband & I both in our sixties use 5 of the Gundry products on a regular basis. We started the MCT Wellness five days ago and immediately felt a difference in energy even on the 1st day. This product can take as much as a month of use for you to feel a difference. It mixes well better than some of the other Gundry products we use. Taste is great and we have been taking it in early afternoon, sometimes mixed with the Red drink. Love this refreshing supplement.

The product works. I would recommend Total Restore to anyone who may be having digestive issues. It shrunk my stomach fat by a noticeable amount and I dont feel bloaded anymore. It also helped with issues I was having with urination.

Because of a shipping debacle my Total Restore arrived after 5PM last night about a month after I placed my order. I had seen your presentation on TV, several different ones online and read 4 of your books I was going crazy wanting to experience your product. I received the package about a week and a half ago. I am thrilled with the products. I am feeling better already. I have had trouble sleeping for years. I am sleeping at least 5 hours a night. I have more energy. I am looking forward to the future. I am sure the longer I use these products, the stronger I will be.

Firstly, let it be known that I only take 2 a day rather than the directed 3. And yet I've felt a difference in how my insides are working. I fight to maintain good GI health due to a myriad of health issues and Total Restore has helped bring a new balance to my diet and health, despite my lack of following directions. It should also be mentioned that I haven't gained a pound (that I haven't lost back immediately) since beginning TR. And unless I eat something I really shouldn't, I rarely experience the kind of belly bloat that I was experiencing before starting TR. I really feel that it has added back something I was missing before, due to biological dysfunction. Thanks! I am feeling much better today than a couple weeks ago.

I did this more for the gut health aspect that it advertised, and lost a little over 10 pounds in 30 days. I am totally thrilled with this product the only thing that is a little bit of a catch is that they've made a mistake in my order/billing two times (out of two orders) and I've had to call to get that straightened out. They corrected some things but not to my total satisfaction as they double billed be the first time and sent double product and did not reimburse the shipping. The second time they did me an AutoShip which I did not push that button. So you have to keep an eye on them. Otherwise, it's a great product.

The first two weeks were great, then I started to develop really bad pain in my stomach to the extent I'm actually going to dr next week. I'm sincerely hoping that it has not been caused by these capsules as they worked really well for me in the first couple of weeks. Could there be anything in them that I could have an intolerance to.

This Product works so well.
There were instant changes but after 2 weeks the benefits started to show fully.
Haven't had a headache since taking, my bowel movements are consistent, I feel so much energetic and alot more motivated.
I have taken the product with Gundrys 24 strain probiotic and total restore and pre bio thrive (which are also great products) but found bio complete 3 works best with vital reds. Any one with low energy, excessive weight, constant headaches or lack of motivation needs try the product.

After 2 and a half weeks of making use of Dr. Steven Gundry's Bio Complete 3 I have found that food cravings have reduced, there is less bloating in my GI tract, my general well being is on the improve and it seems well worth the effort required to get the thing started. I would rate it at very good with even better results coming through in the past few days and further improvements anticipated by making it a regular part of my daily routine along with healthy eating.
