Due to a stubborn skin infection I was prescribed four rounds of antibiotics. Midway through the treatment I received an email from Dr Gundry about his pre/pro-biotic formula. It sounded amazing, so I ordered a three month supply. I'm almost finished with the first bottle, and it seems to have helped my digestive system recover from the antibiotic onslaught. However, I was extremely hopeful that I would experience the energy and vitality boost that was indicated as well. Unfortunately, I haven't felt any change in that area yet, but I will complete the three month trial before passing final judgment.

I have tried several products from Gundry MD. Some I have loved, some I have not. But their 90 day satisfaction guarantee is quick and effortless. They have four products I love: Proplant Complete Shake, Power Blue, MCT Wellness, and the Protocol Activating Scalp Renewal. The Proplant was first. It has a delicious chocolate taste and you can eat it as a pudding or mix it as a shake. I blend it every morning as a shake using only water, a little ice, and about 1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale. It is my breakfast! I have issues with acid reflux and moderate colitis. This shake doesn't upset me AT ALL! Delicious, satisfying, and doesn't upset my stomach! Yay! I wanted some variety in my diet so I also purchased the MCT Wellness. Same results. Yay! Two home runs! Then I decided to try another product, Power Blue. All three of these products are amazing. Now the Protocal Scalp Treatment. My hair is gray, thin, itchy and frizzy. Haha, I tried the Protacal on my scalp (just a tiny bit) on the worse spots. Now, my head doesn't itch, feels thicker, and less frizz, it is still gray (haha). I tried a LOT of products and most of them made my hair feel just plain yucky and made my head itch even worse. I love the way my hair looks now. I will continue to use these products as long as they are available! Thumbs up to Dr. Gundry!

I have had issues for years trying to regulate my bowel movements. I would have to go 3-4 times a day with little to no warning. After a few days of taking bio complete 3 formula my digestive system is normal for the 1st time in my life. I am a believer!

As for the actual product itself, it's delicious, nutritious, low in calories and easily takes the place of a meal. Like I said it's a "Grand Slam".

Since I started using Dr Gundy's Bio Complete 3 I feel great. I never write reviews but this product deserves a review about how well it works. The first week I started using it I saw a change in my body and I finally found a product that really does what it advertises. So far I'm a very satisfied customer.

I have noticed a difference in my bowel movements within days of taking BioComplete 3. Over the last few weeks, I have also noticed a reduction in sugar cravings and appetite. I will definitely remain on the regime and feel confident that I will have continued changes over the next few months.

Both myself and my husband love the taste of the Gundry chocolate protein powder. There is no chemical taste and it creates a thick enjoyable shake/smoothie. I add dairy free milk and a banana and it is a great breakfast!

I have an autoimmune disease/Barrett's Esophagus, my stomach was a mess. I consider myself to be a fairly healthy person when it comes to my diet but have always had a hard time with the sweets. About a week into taking the biocomplete 3 my cravings for sweets have disappeared. I'm not kidding and am reaping some serious benefits because of this product!

I started taking Bio Complete 3 about a year ago, I have been taking probiotics for years, but after researching this product, the 3 in 1 in one capsule was attractive, as was the fact it delivers a stronger dose, and was more cost effective than what I was taking when I bought in bulk. I struggle with hypothyroid and hypertension. My tummy troubles were quite severe when I first started, and I have found that it has helped tremendously, I have had the Leaky Gut syndrome for years, suffered with severe candida, which I have cured by cutting sugar and white flour. I was so impressed with this product, I have put my hubby on it. I am hoping over time it will (with diet) repair my fatty liver, and my symptoms will gradually disappear. Still have mild inflammation if I eat wrong, but, the bloating, gas, and loose bowels are much better over all. My Hubby has been struggling with hypoglycemia, which is also a result of a fatty liver, also early stages of Diabetes, so we are working on cutting carbs and lectins, and eating quality proteins and fats, more exercise, and weight loss, trying to keep him off of insulin. I totally enjoy the Gundry direct approach and the informative honest videos. All the things we take for granted in our youth sure change as we get older, so grateful with technology, and companies like yours, that we are able to take control of our health and well being.
