I have purchased $1000's of dollars of clothing through Guess over the years.
I went to Canada and purchase a pair of pants from one of their outlet stores.
The first day I went to wear the pants the zip broke.
Unfortunately it was the day I was heading back to Australia so I didn't have time to return them before I left.
I was straight on the phone and sent pictures to customer service.
It has been 3 months since my complaint, I have tried to follow up with them numerous times with no response.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!
I will never purchase from them again
BY far one of the worst online shopping experiences. The have the worst policies, worst "customer service" reps, and they don't take care of the customer at all. Please spend your money else where.
I made an order, they sent me the order receipt and an order confirmation. 7 days later when I callled them to check for the order status, they told me that they don't have the item in stock yet and so the item is out of stock. The customer service representative was not helping at all, and he kept asking me to place another order with him when I just told him that I bought this as a birthday gift, and her bd is today. I ended up having to cancel the order and drive to the mall and buy my cousin something else.
I personally have never experienced anything like this with other brands such as H&M, Forever21, Zara, Express. I just wish that they have emailed me and let me know that the item was out of stock earlier so I have more time to plan.
I bought my husband a watch i was vary scared that it would not fit him but it fits perfect, had to do it though the phone and i had amazing customer service and she gave me an amazing discount, i just purchased a purse, i am really looking forward to it. Yes i do recommend it to a friend.
WE BUY THIS LINE AT MACYS... NO MATTER WHAT I BUY WITH A GUESS LABEL. EVERYONE LOVES IT! EXPENSIVE. YES BUT AT LEAST YOU DO NOT SEE YOURSELF COMING AND GOING!
I ordered a gold Tone necklace and they sent me an very very very very very ugly necklace. Is it a serious company? I don't think so and i am very hungry. I won't order something with this store again, never.

Terrible, don't buy from this company, they said 40% off, but they didn't give you 40% off when you pay, I told them is wrong amount, but they still said is right, check your invoice, you will find out they over charge you! I will never buy anything from them anymore.
My husband bought a wallet for me and it ripped off from the front within 6 months of the purchase. Tried to get in touch with customer service to have it replaced but apart from couple of email there is no response at all. LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF BY TAKING THE MONEY. Just like other dodgy retailers. Shame on you

What's the big hype on this brand - overpriced, lack-luster fashion and so much ado about what?
Quality has dropped drastically in the last few years. Bought a watch that's worth over 1k and it was sent broken. Took it back the same day still in its packaging and unworn. Refuses to exchange with the exact same watch in store. Makes me wait over 6 weeks while they "repair" it. Explained to them that I don't want a refurbished or repaired watch as I was given a faulty item and it was not done through my error. It is within my rights to either get an exchange or refund under the Australian Consumer Act. Still don't have the watch, money has been payed over six weeks ago and no one is willing to help because it is inconvenient to them to assist me in any way. I am disgusted! Trying to organise bank to refund the charges and in the meanwhile I am in the process of taking them to the ombudsman.
I have been wearing my watch from Guess almost everyday for 2 years, and its still in a brilliant condition.
The quality is amazing and I often get compliments and asked where its from, as its quite eye catching- a green metal watch with diamontes.
I am very glad I brought the watch, as it is, and has been great value for money and I love the design.
I will be very sad when its had its day, but hopefully that won't be soon.
I bought a wallet and gave it away it lasted one day in the persons purse before it fell apart. Guess said since it was over their return period they would give me free shipping. I will not shop there again. They are a big company and should have quality products.

I rate as4/5 because I like guess stuff and here you'll find a lot of stuff in sale, the website is okay although it needs some update, not that fastest shipping either, as for the customer service do not depend on that, I am guess list member but the points never added after wasting my time I got negative points! Don't ask how that happened! So at the end it's a nice place to shop and get nice deals of you're a guess fan
I always loved the guess brand and their photography. Their models are gorgeous and their site captures that old classic American pioneer on the west feel that I find really sexy. Their site is a bit cumbersome and ordres are not always easy to process. I hate it when a site asks for my shipping and billing address separately!
