Total scam, they will not reply to any emails or tickets. The website does not even belong to them its ripped from another site. I ordered on the 28/06/2015 had to call my bank on the 23/07/2015 after no communication and no phone, but be aware they can also scam the bank by proving you signed for it when in fact all that arrived is a universal wall plug NO PHONE but you signed for it so your screwed! I ordered a phone 5 weeks ago. The phone was on stock and was supposed to arrive in 5 days, sent form the Netherlands. I only got a plug form China, from "Liang Ping". I've opened several tickets, at the beginning they replied but when the status of my order changed to "Shipped" (without receiving the phone) they stopped replying my tickets. Their contact phone number doesn't work. Also, when paying the phone I wasn't asked for a security code. This company belongs to CKO*VANDADEALS.COM. Don't buy anything from them!
Very happy with this purchase. I was able to purchase the item in a pre-sale with an additional discount & Seller shipped the item as soon as it was available. They answered all queries I had promptly & gave me accurate replies at all times. Overall very happy with seller & product
I ordered a mobile on the 2nd/07 but still not received. Tickets opened no response. I have also tried the phone number provided with no luck. My account was debited, should I be worried
I asked for a phone to be shipped from EU Warehouse. I received a tracking number which obviously was from China. The package arrived and contained a plug travel adapter (not charger) and no phone. Waiting 48h for a response now from them but I'm already proceeding to a credit card chargeback.
I don't know if it's an out and out scam website or what but I'm getting my money back one way or another.
They copy the lay-out from miniinthebox.com to make them look legit, but if you pay nothing arrives. The telephone number cannot be reached and they don't reply to tickets or anything!

I ordered a smartphone on June the 27th (order number *******) and it was shipped on June 28th (on Sunday?) with 3-5 days delivery time (from Europe).
No mails have been sent me to confirm the order.
On July the 8th I've open a ticket asking what's happening with my order and right now I don't have any news about it.
It's not possible to communicate with them and they don't answer at all.

I ordered a phone on 22-6-15, i was told that the phone was shiped on 28-6-15 from NL and would arrive within 3-5 working days, then on 28-6-15 i have ordered a tablet and it was shiped on 30-6-15 and said within 3-5 working days. I have submitted 4 ticket since 8-7-15 yet no answer. Nothig has arrived. I tried to call their number +(1) *******129 not working... i checked my account and the money was deducted from CKO*VANDADEALS.COM...
No fffedback, no tracking just in blind. I will ask the bank for a chrage back. Stop waiting your time buying from them, they are obviously a scam

I have selected shipment from Netherland (3-5) working days, but never received tracking number actualy they emailed to say that there is no tracking number when they notifyed me of shipment! Contrary to their shipment details page attached!.

Same experience as everyone else. Placed an order 25th June 2015 got a notification that it was shipped on the 28th June 2015, still waiting for my order. I've put in several tickets for which I've had no reply, some of the previous tickets actually disappeared! Tried ringing them, number does not work. I'm putting a chargeback in with my bank, hope I get the money but I'm not confident.
Got tired of waiting and ordered the same phones I wanted from Amazon, came next day!
The site does have some great prices on phones, but in this case it's definitely too good to be true. Complete and utter scam.
If I do ever get my package from there I'll let you know, hopefully by that time the chargeback will have gone through and I'll have some phones for free.

Claimed chargeback with bank, money arrived back in my account today. As long as you state your case with plenty of proof (print outs of tickets, orders and a supporting letter etc) then you should get your money back
