I ordered a router at GSMPHONEDEALS in June 2015 (#48573728), Today (0817) I still have not received any parcel My credit card has been debited with the amount 84,49 Euro The telephone number GSMPHONEDEALS does not function. I am afraid this is a fake website. Does anyone know what to do best? René from Netherlands

Hi Rene, I dont know if banks in the Netherlands but you could try the chargeback service. Do not sign for any package until you get your money back, I have heard of people receiving and signing for plugs... etc.

I agree with the advice you have already been given. Contact your credit card company and claim your money back; don't let the crooks win.

Ask your bank for a Charge Back... They are fraudsters

Get the money back from your bank via charge back, item will never arrive, its a fraud site.
