Hi Rene, I dont know if banks in the Netherlands but you could try the chargeback service. Do not sign for any package until you get your money back, I have heard of people receiving and signing for plugs... etc.

Guys... don't waste your time. Demand an immediate Bank Charge back. All you need is the email proof that the delivery has exceed the maximum delivery by one or two days... the charge back should be executed within 24 hours and your money will be in your account... CALL your bank and say i ordered an item that has not been delivered as per the email sent to you and that you have tried to contact them and no joy. Also you can refer them to this forum for reference too...

I have called my bank and put a dispute towards the charge and i got my money back but they charged me again, so i had to put a dispute again and change the card also.
