Initially I had problems navigating the website, but contacting Customer Service was easy and in a matter of minutes, my inquiry for a custom lapel pin was underway. The follow-up emails from my assigned representative were received as promised, and my changes were quickly acknowledged and handled. I will order from GS-JJ again. Their customer support is second to none!
I ordered coins for my LEO unit. I asked for several changes and they were always quick with getting them done. Once they were approved, completion and shipping were fast. I definitely recommend.

Cathy helped me and she was great. I need my pins by a certain date, and she was able to lay out a timeline for me and let me know when I would have to approve the proofs by to guarantee delivery before that date. I changed my mind about a special add-on, and she had the updated invoice to me with new proofs reflecting the change in a matter of minutes. If the pins look half as good in person as they do in the proofs, I'll be a regular customer!
