Never again

If I could give zero stars as a rating, I would! Waited over 2 hours to get food. Restaurant claimed it was due to traffic but looked at satellite views of traffic and no such thing at this time of night. I would not suggest ordering from grubhub!

Stole my money

Used this service once in November of 2014 and it was confirmed by there customer service who took over 10 minutes to answer the phone when I called. Than I was told this happens a lot where people are charged and they did not order. Wtf. Than I was told it would take 72 hours to research where the payment came from and why and then another 7 to 10 days to give me my money back. I will never again use this service a second nor would I recommend that this company used to anyone else as I was advised that the same issue that occurred with me happens a lot.

3 hours later and no food, no apology, no call back. We call and hubgrubb and get hung up on. We call back and they cannot figure it out. OMG and we got charged for it. Never again.

Seriously terrible service... 2 1/2 hours to deliver food at a non peak time?
Restaurants you are going to get a bad rap if you keep using this service!
At one time Grub Hub might have been good - the company has dropped the ball!

Never again!

I used to work at Eat24, so I should've known better than to order through them. But, on 6/4/15 it was the second to last day of school and I was running late getting our class party together. The restaurant I wanted to order from wasn't open yet, so I ordered $362 of pizza and wings through Eat24 and scheduled the order to arrive three hours later. The order never showed up because Eat24 never faxed it to the restaurant (that's right, Eat4 still uses FAX to send orders to restaurants). I had to run to another pizza place at the last minute. By the time I got back to school, there was only 5 minutes of lunch left. When I contacted Eat24 via their "chat" option, I never got to communicate with anyone. I waited for several minutes and no one answered my chat, so I closed it. From working there for a year, I know what $#*!ty service Eat24 has -- they don't send orders to restaurants A LOT, even though they take your money and honestly, the staff doesn't really care when something goes wrong because they know they have plenty of customers who will still use the service. I felt uneasy ordering through Eat24, and now I've definitely learned my lesson -- never again!

Horrible website. I've had so many problems, places not delivering to my area even though GrubHub listed them as delivering, orders being placed wrong, GrubHub listing restaurants as open when they weren't, and my latest issue involved places being put on my credit card twice when the order never went through. Customer service didn't care at all. Definitely choose something else instead, maybe DoorDash. At least they've always been honest with me.

I ordered from Crown Fried Chicken and Pizza located on 790 New Lots in Brooklyn. The restaurant did not include all the items I ordered. Upon contacting the restaurant to complain I was told to take it up with Grub Hub. I contacted Grub Hub and received the most deplorable service. Not only was their customer service horrible but they completely sided with the restaurant. The food was also horrible, it was like eating paper. I will never use these two businesses again and I will be deleting the app from my phone. Also the customer service rep at Grub Hub put her personal feelings ahead of trying to satisfy the customer and did not deliver on any of her false promises - evidence of the inability to provide anything close to customer service.

Don't use GrubHub.

I ordered food after being in a rather severe car accident that left me injured and unable to cook for myself. I received the following:

When the food never showed up, they informed me that, oops, the restaurant cancelled the order. But they never informed me of the same during hours when I could still get food. And then, get this, the woman on the phone told me that I should write a bad review of the restaurant. Rule number one in customer service - when you make an egregious mistake and provide horrible service, do not call up the customer and tell them you did nothing wrong. Also, do not confirm an order that has been cancelled. Unbelievable.

First order was to a fish grill place. I asked for no white sauce, limes and salsa on the side. Instead in the burrito was incredible amounts of white sauce, side of white sauce and no limes. Food took upwards of two hours and was walking distance from my work.
Second occasion I ordered combo 3. Bacon, avocado cheese burger, in the request box I wrote add bbq sauce and lettuce. Two hours later I gota a soggie chicken sandwich soaked in mayo and ranch. Fries were stale and they brought me diet coke rather than Dr Pepper.
Fat America is caused by being to lazy to get your own food. Get off your $#*! and it'll be done right

Grubhub use to be a great site now they are always haveing mistakes. Last order they charger me 27 dollars for the order but store never got the order and they tell me to call the store on the phone.

We placed our order around 8pm while on vacation. It's now 10 and my family is still sitting here starving to death. Save yourself the trouble, order pizza or go get something. I wish it had a negative rating to give!

Grubhub is terrible, said itd be an hour, its been 2 hours food still not here. Stay away from them! Order directly from a restuarant you know or another site. They are just terrible.

It's 9 on Sunday night. Prime-time for ordering in, so no idea why after waiting for 15 minutes, I was redirected to an agent who promptly hung up without answering the call. Had to call again and wait for yet another 15 minutes - I'm still waiting as I type this.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. I ORDED FROM THEM THEN THE NEXT DAY I HAD 6 DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS OF 1 DOLLAR THEN ANDOTHER TRANSACTION OR 23.05 MY INITIAL PAYMENT WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO BE 29 DOLLARS AND WHEN I CALLED THE GRUB HIB CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID COMPLETE BULL $#*! Horrible

I have been ordering from GrubHub for over 4 years. Awesome service at the time. Took a break from delivery and since they joined with Seamless the quality of the service has dropped dramatically. I had to call 5+ times to hold someone accountable for food that was over 2 hours late. No apology, no nothing. Just "it's Mothers Day" as an excuse. The absolute worst. Then they give me a $10 grub coupon like I could ever want to order from them. The reason why I would use GrubHub was that, they would hold restaurants accountable for their actions. That's changed and they lost my business forever.
