I have been a customer of Grove Collaborative for almost two years and never had a problem until the pandemic started. For the last several months, my order did not meet their odious minimum requirements for VIP members. Usually this was because they were out of a product. Numerous inquiries with Customer Service proved to be totally fruitless. I even received an eMail saying they were lowering the minimum requirement, but that turned out to be a lie. My current order was a couple dollars below the minimum and once again they refused to ship it, even though I sent several requests. Banks, credit card companies and even landlords are willing to work with customers/tenants during these difficult times, but not Grove. SHAME ON THEM! I have cancelled my account and am posting this to warn other prospective customers. Most of the brand name products they offer can be found cheaper at other retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart). As other reviewers have said, terrible customer service - be warned. Goodbye Grove
I've been very pleased with all of the Grove products I've tried and I find their service is as good as the current Corona virus situation allows. What I mean is that sometimes certain products might not be available due to excessive demand, which I completely understand. Otherwise, the company is very good about saying what and when they will ship and my shipments arrive on time. I had trouble with the contents of one rather large order right when the pandemic was throwing everything off track in April, but Grove was really good about correcting all of my issues and I haven't had problems since.

I could not say enough good things. They were so communicative about my orders, suggested different products for me to try (I left a 4 star review because I didn't like one aspect of a product and their suggestion included a product that fixed that one small problem). Plastic neutral and their products are environmentally conscious.

I have been a Grove customer since February 2017. Customer service has always been a positive experience. That is one of the reasons I have been a customer for as long as I have and why I will always buy my cleaning and household supplies from Grove. Not only are they amazing at customer service, but they keep the best products in the shop. I love that I can buy all of my favorite cleaning supplies in one place conveniently from home. Even better is I can try new products that end up as favorites. I have had a few issues with missing products or products that have made a mess, however, they will either credit my account for the amount or they'll send it to me.

Customer service is horrible! Patronizing and ignorant. Only in it for profit and do not care about customers. If I could do zero stars I would.

At first I was very pleased with the service. My packages would show up quickly and all items were in the box. My last 3 shipments have been missing items. My current box was shipped on June 25th and I still have not received it (today is 7/9). If you are ordering a product because you are getting low, don't wait too long because you'll run out before your box shows up. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love Grove Collaborative. I have been using them for about 4 months now and have not had one bad experience. I left not entirely positive reviews for a few products that I just didn't love and without even asking, they refunded 100% of the purchases. Their customer service is truly Top Shelf. I will be with them for many years to come!

Purchased a large order from Grove and it came to me busted. The multi-surface spray I had gotten free with my large purchase had emptied out into the box all over my items. I called to get another one sent to me and the guy I spoke to said I had to make another purchase if I wanted to get a replacement?! Like what the heck? I already spent a lot of money to get that item free, I'm not going to spend more! Especially after this experience.
It's not a big deal, and it's not the worst thing that can happen, but it's terrible customer service and I think they need to be called out on that.

Grove has been for about two years already where I get all my essential items. It's my one stop shop for natural products for my home. They have great products and great customer service and I have never had a single issue with them. Now during the pandemic they have been even more helpful to me then ever by being a place I could always rely on for my essential needs even during these times. There determination to keep the store as stocked as possible during a pandemic has been truly amazing. 20$ a year to be VIP is nothing compared to the great service you are receiving.
Reviewing Dispensaries really comes down the what the Buyer brings to the table. You learn a lot about yourself in these trials of heightened awareness over a Pandemic crisis, and your means of coping. It helps to religiously adhere to your own personal preferences without budging (if your a stickler) so that YOU are not disappointed when you leave. You Know what You want! Can't blame the seller. Even if your ideas gets shrouded in overcorrecting. If they don't have what you want, don't necessarily venture up that road of chance~ Go Somewhere Else. They'll have what you want... Or wait! I can now find closure in bringing these attentions to us all! Peace, The Grove...

I am a huge fan of Grove. The products are great, the customer service is fast and they are always willing to offer refunds or resolution if you have any problems. If you are a premium member you get free shipping on every order ($20 a year) plus you will get free gifts through out the year, which has more than paid for any membership fees. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about here, honestly. Yes, they offer auto-shipments that you can literally just opt out of. I have never had any shipping problems and have literally gotten some of the best customer support that I have ever received from this company.

I love this company! I've been buying from them for several months now. The products are wonderful. Smell great and clean good. Plus all natural which I love. Customer service is wonderful. A few of my orders have been wrong but they have corrected this each time without any problem. I do watch my orders closely as whoever packages it does not really pay attention or miss items but I do that with everything I order. I check the auto ship each month as there are times I don't want or need some items. Plus I want to make sure I get the scents I like. I guess this would be the only downfall. I will keep ordering from them for a long time despite the minor issues. I also love the free stuff that I get once and a while.

Customer service sucks at this company! Shipping Sucks at this company. My first order with them was sent to the wrong address even after I contacted them to let them know in which they had me contact the shipper over an hour later was told everything was corrected. Guess what no it wasn't went to the wrong address. Contacted Grove had to re-order everything too much of a hassle for them just to send out the order I had submitted I guess. That order when tracking it stated it was being held in the warehouse contacted Grove again was told oh that shipment was damaged in transit. Never heard anything after that until I got an email (after sending a not so nice email) that the replacement (3rd replacement shipment) was out for delivery hmmmm still haven't gotten that one. Called Grove once again snotty customer service agent was like it looks like it is out for delivery it is 8pm don't think so she then said well if it doesn't show up just call us tomorrow I said cancel everything and give me my money back. She replied back in a not so nice tone everything is cancelled see if it shows up if not call us back for a credit. I hate this company!

My daughter-in-law referred me to Grove and I've been shopping here ever since. I love being able to find holistic, earth-friendly products, including Grove exclusives like their lavender-scented laundry detergentmy favorite product thus far.
Also, the prices are reasonable, and sometimes certain items are discounted temporarily. VIP shipping is also reasonable, and so worth the cost if you order frequently, which I do.
The site is easy to navigate and now you can choose how often you'd like to receive the items you tend to reorder. Customer service is friendly and personaland handwritten greetings come on every package you receive. At first I was smitten; now I'm in love.

I love the grove products but the auto ship is terrible. Constantly having to check to make sure they don't send you something that's not correct. I had Myers's scents that I like and some that I do not like. If I specify a scent they don't even honor it. They'll just send you whatever they have. Yeah, you get a free set when you join but that's not really worth the pain of the auto ships. I pay a membership for a reason. That should NOT be a default. Also, don't come back with a generic reply. You should clearly define this on the account. Make people more aware of this!

They refused to send an item that I paid for which was missing from my order. Only options were to send with next order or credit grove account. They tried to force me to buy more from them to get the item that they never sent. Unethical company. I cancelled everything and would never shop with them again.

I tried Grove after my daughter told me about it and I saw an Ad on Facebook. It took 5 weeks to receive and when I did receive it, 2 of my bottles of cleaner had broken and spilled out all over everything. They wouldn't ship replacements, offered a refund for one of the items, $8.00, but said I got the other one free. My whole shipment was spilled and covered in a mess. Highly dissatisfied with Grove.

BEWARE! This website is unlike the other ones. It sets you up with VIP(20$) and auto-ship with your last purchased items without you permission. After one purchase, I had to receive loads of emails about their promotions/recommendations, and then one day I was notified that my VIP, which I never signed up for, renews soon and my next shipping in three days? I would say my first purchase was satisfactory but these business practices are just deceitful and disgusting. I CANNOT believe that Grove can just take your money and make a purchase decision for you like that. Even though I liked their products I would never purchase them again. A total shame! They could have done the right way and retain a lot of customers with their products but they decided to lure customers into a scam like this. I have canceled my VIP, which is a tiny $#*! button on the bottom of the page that took me 20 min to find, and removed all my unwanted subscriptions, and cleared my cart. Finger crossed that I don't receive any more of their bull$#*! again.

I am a former customer service manager at a big box store who shall remain nameless. I have dealt with bull hooey on both sides as a customer and a representative, but never in my time with Grove have I ever received sub par customer service. What minimal issues I have had have been resolved in minutes, they have been patient and understanding even when I was being the Karen of Karen's and acting like absolute excrement. The products are fantastic and when they haven't worked for me, it's been an easy peasy return and refund process. I cannot think of a downside to Grove Co.

I have use Grove collaborative since 2016 and they have gotten worse in the last year. Every shipment I have had in the last 8 months have had out of stock items. This has nothing to do with the pandemic, which they blamed it on when I contacted them. Out of stock items have been reoccurring since last fall. Also, their customer service has gotten worse. They used to be so helpful. Now, they don't help at all. If you want the products they offer, buy directly from the company, like Mrs. Meyer's. I've started doing that and I pay the same price I would with Grove Collaborative. I don't know what happened with the company, but they are terrible now.
