I was shopping around for some time for a new OLED TV. I decided to make an offer with Greentoe to see how good a deal I could get (from an authorized dealer). I received a good offer on the tv I was looking for but sales tax was killing the deal for me. A Greentoe customer service rep reached out to me to further assist and was able to find me the best price on a tv with no tax and free shipping! Once my offer was accepted, I received timely updates on order and shipping info. I then received my tv about 3 days later with no issues. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Greentoe.

I bought a rather expensive Canon camera through Greentoe. Upon receiving it I immediately noticed hot/stuck pixels in the EVF. I emailed Greentoe about the issue at which time they copied the seller. Four or five days go by and I haven't received any return information from the seller. Apparently the seller was only replying to the Greentoe customer service email address. Greentoe forwarded the seller's reply to me which contained a return address and RA number. Greentoe's FAQs say "If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, missing parts, or otherwise compromised upon receipt, the retailer will send you an RA number and pre-paid label with instructions on how to return" Their FAQs also say "You will get a proper receipt from the retailer that has accepted your offer. This allows you to register the product and get the full manufacturer warranty!" I did not receive a receipt of any kind and it's been a challenge so far to get one (I still don't have one.) Due to the fact that they don't honor their policies and the customer service has been dubious at best, I don't plan on buying anything else through Greentoe.

When your offer got accepted, dont be happy so soon. My offer got accepted and money is charged then they can cancel and remove it from accepted item with reason retailer accepted by mistake :) atleast they refund lol, any scam website can do the same thing. Very bad experience from my first accepted offer.

As we said via email, one of our partners accepted your offer by mistake. It was one thousand dollars lower than the price they would sell it for. Your order was refunded immediately and we offered you a rebate as an apology for the mixup. Mistakes like this are very rare but do occur and we give our partners the same benefit of the doubt that we would had you entered an offer that was a thousand dollars higher and then contacted us saying it was a mistake and you wanted to cancel.

Either retrain or let him go. Pushy and ineffective. Nothing like a used car sales experience. Trying to leverage a $100 difference into getting me to overpay for a TV. * unprofessional and overall terrible representative of greentoe brand. This being my first experience, I'm not comfortable about moving forward. No thanks, avoid.

Two friends of mine had already used this service so I had no worries that it was legit. I ordered a 75" LG nano TV and named my own price. I got a message that if I added a payment method it would be more likely to be accepted. I added my paypal info and about 30 mins later it was accepted.

It sat in accepted for a couple days and I sent an email to care to ask about it but then the payment came out and it shipped the next day. Overall timeline, I ordered on Monday and had my TV on Friday. I did have to go to the shipping center to pick it up to avoid having to wait over the weekend but that was my choice so I could watch it right away.

If you find an awesome deal on whatever you are looking for; Greentoe may be able to get you a better deal. I've bought a TV and Camera Lens from Greentoe. I've been able to save an additional 10% on top of that years best price for the product. Give it a go and save you some doh.

Got some camers gear at prices better than I could find on any deal sites. Quick shipping after deals are made. I would recommend trying to make an offer of you have a couple days to shop around. My first counter offer came in within hours and I went back and forth for a couple days and we struck a deal. I will use greentoe again.

I purchased a new 75" tv through Greentoe. This was my first purchase through them and I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. There was excellent communication through email, and shipping was very fast (and free! Well they don't charge extra for shipping... what you bid/pay includes shipping and taxes, so no extra charges). I received my tv within 3 days. Very happy for now!

Purchased one of LG's new 55" OLED TV's and was honestly a little skeptical based on the price I got. But the TV arrived from an authorized retailer and warranty was registered with LG successfully.

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say here. Got a great price and the TV is 100% legit. And it's beautiful

This was my first time trying GreenToe and found it very easy. Placed my bid for a 65 inch Samsung Q80R tv and it was excepted in hours. Saved quite a bit of money. Great Deal

This is my second purchase from Greentoe and 3rd time making an offer. I recently bought a Tamron 24-70mm lens and am very happy with the final offer that I accepted. Lens came quickly and in great condition, and much lower from any other store offer I could find online. Highly recommend Greentoe and the customer service they provide!

Placed an offer for Sony A6400 with 18-135 lens kit. Took a little bit, but after counteroffer I purchased $1299 kit for $1150. Order was delivered within a few days with receipt from seller who is official Sony dealer.
Had a few emails from Greentoe's customer support with follow ups during and after transaction. Will definitely use them again

I bought a camera on here after being referred by my bf who used Greentoe before. I made offer on 3 cameras total. They came back with 2 counter offers. I didn't receive the counter offer for the 3rd camera, due to unavailability. Greentoe contacted me to let me know about the issue. They also follow up with emails in a timely manner every time I emailed them about the purchase. Furthermore, when I told them I needed the camera before a certain date for an event, they provided me with 2-days shipping so that the camera would come in time. I'm very happy with their service. Will continue to use and recommend Greentoe for my friends and family in the future

End to end an incredible way to buy an LG OLED TV, I had a great experience from start to finish and got a deal so good it was almost unbelievable. Support was spot on and even registered the TV with the vendor for full warranty coverage.
