I found out much later in the payment process that you didn't have the number of tiles I wanted in the cork option. I ended up ordering a different color. Also address line input was unclear and strange. The system didn't understand my unit number. This mix up slowed the processing down and involved an extra call and email to sort out for the credit card company. Also, the FedEx situation made the delivery seem more complicated than it needed to be. I received the mats and they look and feel great.

The Max Tiles look clean, neat an comfortable to walk on, however the tile itself is actually slightly larger than 12 inches, in my case after I installed 11 tiles it measures 11'+01"1/4, on the other side after 9 tiles installed, it measures about 9' 01", therefore if you want to install them neatly INSIDE a room wall to wall, wait until you reach the two end wall then measure and cut tiles to fit, DO NOT pre-cut like I did or you will find out they won't fit.
Another problem was my shipment was missing a full box of 26 tiles (someone miscalculated), it took me a day to look at the shipping labels and realize that FedEx delivered all whatever Greatmats gave them, another phone call to the company took care of the missing box but it did set me back 4-5 extra days.
