This product seems perfect for my needs. I have a concrete landing between my garage and house that is dead flat. This means it collects water. Years back, the landing was painted and, because it's frequently wet, the paint doesn't hold up. This solution covers up the concrete and gives me a dry landing. As a bonus, it's slightly soft/springy under the foot, which feels nice when I walk on it. The product was quite easy to install. I cut all my pieces with a standard Fiskers scisor. I hope it holds up.
The whole idea of ordering such an expensive to return product gave me pause. The folks at great mats made this easier by sending me a sample piece. That service and having the product in my hands totally closed the deal. One note, because of the minimum ordering, I ordered several extras squares. This was a really good idea because I messed up a couple by cutting the wrong side. Spending, say $30 on extra squares was totally worth it... And the extra-extras made a good mat in front of my garage workbench.

Good mats for our BJJ club that meets in our basement. Durable surface. Good interlocking. Great shock absorption. Easy to put down & take up for storage.
So expensive for a small state licensed child care center.
The shipping was over $300. There were some challenges with the shipping company but we figured it out and I have the products. We have not had the opportunity to get them onto our playground as of yet.
No problems. So far.
