Easy to find what I wanted. Many shipping options. Delivered on pallets, with pallet jack, so very easy to get in garage until we had time to deal with.

I couldn't find an answer for why the color tile was more than the black tile or if there was going to be any sales on this tile in the future.

The tile calculator did not work and I wish the color selections were available in a larger image and/or installation image. Otherwise, the order process worked very well.

Wish I had a military or senior citizen discount. Retired USAF Master Sergeant, 68 years old in June. But I'm not too overly concerned as the product was well priced. Still waiting for the rain to stop so I can finish installation.

The last time I placed a order my mats were back ordered for a couple months. I appreciated being contacted and given the trucking company's contact information so I could call them and find out when the order was being delivered.

Ordering was easy, product is "great", and delivery was timely. Can't ask for much more.
