Been enjoying graze and it is mostly a great thing. Usually get my snacks on time. Usually get good snacks.
One shipment didnt arrive on time and actually came with the next so went without snacks for work for a bit. I get sick from almonds and even worse from bananas yet was only able to exclude bananas and not miss out on most of their snacks. They ship in packs of eight which means with my five day work weeks i go one day each week without a work snack. The price it costs now feels like more of an appropriate price for packs of ten snacks not eight... the vending machines at work are cheaper. They do not have enough asian themed snacks or teas.
Overall I am happy with graze and will continue buying. I can't recommend it to as many people as I would like yet I can recommend it to most. Which I do.
I signed up for this because I got a free trial for $1 and I thought it was once a month. Instead I'm getting this seems like every few days LOL, each box being $13.99! They are just dried fruit and nut snacks. It's nice and all but I don't need overpriced little packages of snacks. I have 3 boxes now in a pile and can't eat that much in THREE MONTHS. What's worse, is I called their phone number, and they DON'T TAKE CALLS. I don't have an order number so it won't let me use the contact form on the website. I've emailed them which isn't comforting. Meanwhile, I'm probably going to get yet ANOTHER box and get charged another $14 for little boxes of dried stuff I don't want. Just on CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS ALONE, I give this service a thumbs down.

I love getting snacks in the mail and its (mostly) healthy stuff that I wouldn't buy for myself at the store.
While a bit expensive for every day munchies, graze is perfect to stock up the office with for those busy days when meals aren't an option or when I just can't wait until lunchtime. Everything I've gotten so far has been top notch!
We've been charged eight times for graze snacks in the past two months and five have yet to be received. They claim there's a problem with the post office and they're undeliverable. No option for phone support so "Unfortunately I can't give you a call". Apparently they were able to deliver the first two boxes without a problem even if they did take a MONTH to arrive. Not a problem with the address and we're a business where the postal worker sometimes COMES IN OUR SUITE TO DELIVER MAIL. What a scam.
I'm really sorry that you've been having some trouble with your deliveries. I see that you've been in touch with our customer service team, but if there's anything you'd like to discuss further then I'd definitely recommend getting back in touch with them to see if they're able to help.
I struggle with eating healthy because Im a mom on the constant go! I love that I can just throw these portioned great tasting snacks in my bag and go. When my kids need a treat and we are out I can simply reach in and enjoy one myself while maintaining a healthy lifestyle and not having the regret during or later!

Their food is delicious but their website often times doesn't work and their shipping is sooooo slow. In a world of 2-day shipping, 2-week shipping seems really pathetic. Their customer service lacks as well. While their food is good, it wouldn't be hard to find equally good food elsewhere. I've been tracking a package and it was finally (FINALLY!) supposed to arrive this Thursday, but upon checking today, it has been pushed back to Saturday.
I didn't know Fed Ex did deliveries on foot. How else could something take over two weeks?

Good and good for you right sized portions of a variety of tasty snacks. But get better on keeping popular snacks in stock.
My favorite part is that I can pick whichever items I dont want in my boxes. Graze does the rest of the picking for me by putting together snacks made of all the things I love!
The product is absolutely delicious, but the online experience and fulfillment time needs a lot of improvement. A mobile app is crucial! The shipping time on non-subscription orders takes some getting used to because the shipments are slow and you need to plan weeks in advance. Overall, the digital pain is worth the excellent product!

My hubby and I have really enjoyed the variety of flapjacks. They are a great breakfast on the go! I also really enjoy the popcorn with a twist of pepper.
I do agree if you want great snack graze is the place to go. But I personally am on a fixed income and it became too expensive for me so I attempted to cancel. So easy right? Just call the customer service or cancel your order online. NO. They don't have a number to call. You must email. What the hell is that about? I want to speak to a PERSON. I'm pretty tech savvy and I attempted online cancelation but they dont want you to leave so your options? Delay or make changes to what you get in the box. It's like a damn health cult. ONCE YOU ENTER YOU NEVER LEAVE. But great food not gonna lie. I'm just too broke for this cult $#*!.

I love graze! Who do not? I love their snacks. Its delicious and helathy. Good customer support as always.
For less than I would normally spend in the vending machine on snacks I get portion controlled, delicious, healthy options.
I love getting different snacks every time. I also like that you can let Graze know whether you love, like, or hate a snack. If you mark a snack as hate, you will never receive it again. So far, I've only received one snack I didn't like. You can also say if you have allergies and narrow the selections down more. I love it!

Absolutely terrible website to place an order, etc. Cannot ever get it to accept my order, etc., even after trying different browsers. I started an account so I can log on and tried to go online to shop and it took my order, but wouldn't let me check out. Technical problem at their end. OH! I cancelled my 'free' subscription when I received it and saw the size of their snack. LOL. What a joke. Bite size for $14.00 weekly: no thanks. I just don't trust this site as far as their competency with technical problems, order questions. And there is no phone number to contact them. There are way too many snack subscription services out there that are better, or just take a trip to TraderJoes or WholeFoods and pick up your snacks there.

I have enjoyed the variety, and every combination of ingredients in every snack I have tried! I have loved opening my mailbox and finding my next delivery of delicious and healthy snacks! My absolute favorite though is the pack of Lemon flapjacks with the drizzle of icing! The lemon flavor is amazing! Thanks so much!
My husband and I are vegans. We are enjoying the graze snacks immensely. They arw super handy to carry so we always have our snacks available.
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

Answer: No its not safe to put in your credit card or bank info. Its very difficult to cancel the auto shipments
Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

Thanks for the feedback - I'm really sorry to hear that your box was late.
As you mentioned that you get sick from bananas and almonds, I need to let you know that graze can't cater for allergies or intolerances. All our snacks are prepared in the same place, therefore cross contamination is possible and we can't guarantee the complete absence of banana or almond in any of our snacks.
