Most of the stuff I got has been yummy! Kids love the flap jack berry and lemon. Glad I signed up!
The snakes are just sooooo good and unique. I'm the type of person to pick apart a sandwich or pie and eat it's parts rather the sum. Graze does that for you. I know some people think their too small, or maybe even a little expensive, but their just that good.
I love getting graze boxes in the mail, I never know what to expect, the snacks are the perfect portion to take to work and snack on while I am working
I love getting to try a new snack and having it delivered to my house. I like the size of the snack, not too little, just enough. I'm glad I tried it!
Overall I am happy with Graze. However, I am a little concerned I haven't received my most recent box that I paid for last week. I hope it will arrive today... normally its always here very beginning of the week.

I love my Graze snacks, great variety, delicious, great size. My 8 year old & I usually argue over which 4 we each get. Great for school snacks. Love seeing what each box has to offer. Keep up the great work.: 0)
Excellent choices price is a little on the high side but with coupons and deals it makes it worth buying to be able to have a variety of healthy snacks for me and my child. The only issue with school coming up a lot of the schools are peanut free. With my picky eater I need to send her with protein filled snacks.
I get 8 snacks every two weeks and it's perfect for my work schedule. Small little power snack in the middle of a shift helps me power though the rest of my day.
I love the flapjacks, they are a great grab and go snack. The lemon are my absolute favorite. Great customer service, I had an issue and they took care of me.
I've really enjoyed the Graze subscription boxes. I've liked mostly everything I've received so far. My only real complaint is related to shipping. I really wish there were a way to track the deliveries. I also wish that the packaging were a bit more sturdy. The current packaging is a little flimsy, and some boxes that I've received were a little beat up by the time I received them. The boxes won't fit in my mailbox, so the mail carrier has to leave them at my door. If the boxes weren't so thin, I'd be less worried about creepy crawlers (we have a lot of them in Florida where I live) finding their way into the boxes. This hasn't happened yet, but I've switched to having them delivered to my office because it's a real concern for me.
The cheese snacks are delicious. I also like the different snacks with cashews. The lime flavor is delicious. The size of the snacks are just right. I look forward to receiving the snacks monthly. The specials are good too plan on ordering some as Christmas gifts.
I love the variety box. It gets me trying things I may not have chosen on my own. I haven't had anything I haven't liked so far.
I have never been disappointed with anything I have received. I would recommend Graze to anyone that loves to just snack on fresh healthy foods.
I cancelled this service as I felt the price was too high for the product received. First, I had a difficult time cancelling and received 3 boxes after I had done so. Of course, I was charged for them and, upon sending them back unopened, return to sender, was informed I could not receive a refund as "Each box is specially made for you" and they have USPS "dispose of them" Apparently, it is too hard to open the boxes, remove the prepared snacks, and place them in another box. Such a rip-off! Do not recommend!
Such a shame as the snacks are lovely but they never arrive on time. I always get my boxes a few days late from the delivery date stated. I even changed the delivery day on my account to allow extra time for them to arrive on the day I wanted, still didn't arrive. One box was 5 days late, despite being sent first class the previous week and the contents arrived stale. Out 10+ subscription boxes, only 1 arrives on time. Had to cancel because of this
I started using Graze to try to eat healthier snacks and to get my daughter to try new foods. She loves opening each new box and trying the yummy snacks. It is fun to see what surprises you get each time you check the mail.
I like the variety Graze has to offer. However I don't like the fact that certain things are only available to the UK vs US. Also, please find a way to offer things that contain chocolate and ship them year round.
I'd say the price is ok for the product. I like that you can put your deliveries on hold when you want.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now. This is definitely something we'd love to work on in future, so that more and more folks can spread the love with graze! I'm really sorry to hear that you had some trouble cancelling your order.
Unfortunately we can't accept returned boxes for refunds - due to the perishable nature of our snacks we can't re-use them in other boxes, and any undelivered boxes are destroyed by USPS before they reach us.
