I was unhappy with Graze because I never received my free trial box. I left a review describing my experience and my dissatisfaction with not being able to call the company to complain. Well, a representative from Graze saw my review and reached out to me immediately. Within days the situation was rectified and I had received my Graze box. I really appreciate the speed at which my issue was resolved. The snacks that they sent me were very tasty and not too high in calories. This company responds to customer complaints and they stand behind their product.
Love what Graze has to offer. Enjoy the ease of mail delivery, and my daughters 12 & 7 years old love to try the new snacks that they know are healthy. I like the convenient size, easy to throw in your purse, pocket or lunch box when on the go. We all look forward to our delivery!
Wish there were more gluten free options and more large pouch options - the ones I want are always out of stock.
I had ordered a sample box for free with payment of shipping. First thing I noticed about my box was the personal touch to the packaging. Definitely a small touch that made me even more excited to open my box. I do wish that the sample box reflected more of what a full sized box would look like so that u got a better idea of what your money's worth looks like. I had cancelled my subscription after the sample box. The default subscription status was set to weekly, so I did not realize that I would be charged for the first full sized box before my sample box even arrived. Obviously a money making ploy which is kind of annoying, but when I sent the email explaining what happened, the customer service rep immediately refunded my money with no need to ship the box back. If anything, the reps of the company are trained to be extremely accommodating which I find very valuable in a company. And now that I have a full sized box to try, I can get a better idea of the subscription's value and decide whether or not I want to re subscribe or not.
I ORDERED A VAST QUANTATITY OVER £200 WORTH OF GRAZE SNACK, NUTS, DIPPERS AND FLAPJACKS AS MY SON LIKED THEM AS THEY GAVE ME 20% DISCOUNT. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF RECEIVING MY ORDERS I THOUGHT I SHOULD CHECK THE EXPIRY AND TOO MY DISGUST THEY EXPIRE THIS WEEK AND NEXT WEEK? THE ITEMS PURCHASED HAD ONLY 4-6 WEEKS LIFE WHICH IS REDICULOUS AS THEY CANNOT BE CONSUMED IN SUCH A SHORT SPACE OF TIME. I HAVE BOUGHT FROM SUPERMARKETS AND THEY HAD 3-4 MONTHS LIFE! I EMAILED GRAZE TODAY TO COMPLAIN AND REQUESTED TO RETURN THEM AS MOST WILL GO TO WASTE AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK. I AM QUITE DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS I FEEL THEY TRY TO GET RID OF THE OLD STOCK WITHOUT A THOUGHT FOR THE CONSUMER.

I signed up with Graze at least 3 weeks ago. Received my sample box but nothing since. I have been charged my $13.99 two weeks ago still have not received anything yet? I was excited about receiving your weekly snacks but so far am very disappointed.

First, they do not have a phone number for customer service. They sent more than 1 box per week for my weekly subscription. The next box due in 4-5 days cannot be cancelled even before it is shipped. Portions are small. Total rip off. AVOID COMPLETELY!

Decided to try it. We like it. A nice variety of healthy treats. Two boxs a month is a little too much. If you can cut it down to 1, that would be amazing.
I get 1 box of 8 snacks every 4 weeks (you can get them every 2 weeks also if you like), and the boxes arrive in my mailbox each time, which is very convenient. There is a pretty large range of snacks available, you rate them, and they send you picks from among the ones you rate favorably, that you indicate you would like. The snacks are very good quality, and healthier than most of what I would get elsewhere. Not knowing exactly what's coming keeps it a fun and novel experience to look forward to.
All their snacks are relish but i really love the portions because i snack small over the day. Also helps when i'm in a binge eating kind of mood because this stops me from doing that versus having a huge bag of food and trying not to eat it all haha.
I have loved almost everything ive gotten from Graze. I think its fantastic. My husband adores all of those flapjack bars and i love all the different snacks ive never tried before.
Outrageous price for extremely mediocre snacks!
Can't figure out how they got any good reviews, maybe employees.

I love getting a variety of snacks, however I wish I can pick and choose what I am getting. I do seem to like the choices but sometimes I would prefer to pick exactly how many of each that I receive.

My experience with Graze has been great! I loved getting that first sample box free, it definitely made me want to continue the subscription. I'm glad that I can tell them not to send me products with milk in it and I love rating the snacks. It's so easy. Everything I receive is delicious! I can't think of anything negative to say. Maybe the only thing I can think of is not being able to track your package. I wish there was an email they would send out letting you know that your box is on its way with a tracking number. But it's not necessary.
I love how i dont have to think about what i want. I like what is send to me but i also love how if i want to change things i can. Very flexible
I subscribed to GRAZE for about 8 months now. I am enjoying a delicious variety of single-portion snacks every month. It's fun to go to the mailbox & unwrap the latest delivery. They are easy to share or put in my purse to have on-the-go!
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.

You could alternatively log in yourself and do this with her or on her behalf if you prefer. I'm sorry we don't have a more simple process for gift subscriptions just now.
