Do not believe any pictures when ordering from them. My dog passed and my husband spent $150 to have a custom statue of her done. She was a GREY (blue nose) pit bull. They sent us a brown lab looking dog that looked a 4 year old painted it. It is scratched and not even hard! The clay is still soft. This dollar store statue looks NOTHING like the pictures they were sent.

I bought an engraved necklace for $45 and $22 shipping. I have no complaints with the time it took to get to me, but the quality was very poor. It looked nothing like the picture. Very cheaply made. Don't waste your money here.
I placed an order in January 2020. I sent several emails and left a few messages looking for my delivery. I NEVER received a response. Now it is December 2020. Guess it is not coming. Total scam!
I placed my order on June 3rd, 2020, and money was taken out that day. I still have not received my order. I have called and emailed several times. No answer/No replies.

Ordered a bag in January, was emailed in March by representative Alex P and told my purchase would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I was patient due to Covid. Emails unanswered and now it is May 25 and still no receipt of my order. But they took my $$! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! SCAM!
I placed an order in early January and after a week requested tracking information, initially I was told the item was in transit but tracking was not yet available. After two responses from the vendor they stopped responding at all and I never received tracking or the item. Complete Scam.
I ordered this shirt late November still never re dived it and they sent me a text wanted me to send a photo. I have sent several messages but still have NOT heard or received my shirt. My card was also charged. Do NO order from them. Very disappointed
Ordered a bag back in June. Was asked in late September to submit a review. Said I would love to but had not received the item. Customer service "reached" out on 10/2 saying it had been "lost". Told them I wanted a refund- crickets. And still crickets today. What a scam.
Within the 1st week of using the bag both sides inside frayed and tore! The bag is junk!

SCAM ALERT! This is a scam of JUNK out of China. Ordered two necklaces. Never came, never came, emailed - told it could take eight weeks. I said cancel the order. They said no. Two weeks later one necklace shows up, it's either for a child, or for someone with an 8" (c) neck. My credit card company is handling now.
I ordered gifts for 14 daughters and granddaughters. They made their selections which were myriad and diverse. There were a few glitches from the Chinese responders, but the staff were so wonderful in taking care of the errors, ordering the correct items. It does take time to receive the orders, but the results are so salutary! Thanks, Grace Callie!

I ordered the large Outlander bag. It was large than I expected, but was perfect size for traveling. Within 24 hours of using the bag a rivet holding the shoulder strap broke. I took a picture of the defective bag and mailed all the information to GC Designs. It took a couple of days but I received a apologetic response back and the offer of shipping me a replacement bag. I will agree that their shipping is a little slow and they can be a little difficult to make contact with, but THEY DID MAKE RIGHT. I have ordered a second smaller bag also. I love both of the bags I have purchased. For those who complain about shipping I did read 4-6 Weeks for delivery and possibly to be shopped from China. About the color, again I read colors will be faded and may vary from the picture. I wanted a distressed look canvas bag and got what I expected. I have had my small bag about one week now and love it. I hope the bag is well made because I plan to use it for a long time.
I love this hand bag that I had ordered, first I was not sure about it looking at the reviews. But thought of giving a shot and it turned out to be a great deal... I simply love it... Amazing...
They took my money and no purse I got emails with fake tracking numbers that when no were they are horrible I contacted the BBC and made a complaint and iam posting there fraudulent activities everywhere beware of grace callie a liar and a thief.
I ordered a purse 5 weeks ago, they had no problem charging my credit card the day I placed the order. After a couple of weeks I realized I had never received confirmation or a receipt. I reached out to them and they sent me a tracking number that never went anywhere. Their response was please be patient, they never attempted to try and find why my (supposedly) order wasn't going anywhere. Just don't waste your time, had to do a chargeback, you can purchase the same purses on Amazon, at least they are legit...
The leather is of excellent quality, I have looked for the months for a tan bag that I would love and this one is the exactly what I wanted. I am sure you gonna love it too. I have been caring it everywhere since the time I got it. First I thought it may give up due the load I have in it, but it turned out to be a pretty strong as well.
This is my 2nd bag from Grace Callie - they hold up so well and are beautiful. The leather softens over time. I pack heavy and have never had an issue with the straps and constantly spill in my bag - can't even tell. Amazing quality.
