So different than what I saw in the pictures. I hate this type of advertising. I expected a good looking, stylish bag. All it is, is a huge tote. So disappointed, as it looks nothing like what they pictured on IG or any of their advertising sites. I'm not even going to bother sending it back, as I see all of the reviews from others where they couldn't get in touch with the company. I'm just going to dispute it through my charge company.

Made an online purchase in September 22 and on this date of November 13, I still haven't received my order. The had no problem pulling the money out of my account. I have made three attempts and stlyno response.
I bought 2 necklaces from them, gold plated. The both turned black and had to be thrown out. Waste of money. Wouldn't order anything from there again. I have some old gold plated jewelry I bought many years ago that still look great, but not from here.

I have tried many times day and afternoon to speak with someone from your company. I called the number you have on your web site, *******671. The voice recording says that my call is important but there is never anyone to answer? My wife wants this bag very much. I am not going to put my credit card out there without speaking with someone live! Why would you post a phone number if you do not intend to answer it? I think I have found a similar bag on another web site. I will attempt to speak with someone there as soon as I get with my wife. I really doubt I will get a reply from you-all, but if someone out there does receive this email, please include a phone number so I can speak with someone live! NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. You still have a chance to make some money from me. Let's go!
Wait a minute. Just read about 27 bad horrible reviews. This bag is coming from China! Everyone was $#*!ing about the shipping time. Three weeks or more. No way, not in this century with modern technology, come on. You are scammers! NO SALE!
Would not cancel my order within an hour. Quality of the Outlander Bag is the worst. Zippers sown crooked. Leather area the thread is coming off. I was going to give this as a Christmas gift... NOT NOW. This bag will not last long.
They failed to tell you your order is coming from China -- you don't find out until you get your order confirmation. I sent 3 emails plus used their web site support form to tell them to cancel my order -- AND THEY STILL SHIPPED IT AFTER I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL IT. And then they expect me to pay return postage to Arizona to send it back to them. Not happening. Dispute immediately filed with American Express.

I ordered anklets for Christmas gifts and it's been 11 months and never received them or my money back. Princess also told me by email she would refund my money but nada. They are lying thieves and rip-off artists!
I ordered a wallet over 5 weeks ago. Emailed them to ask where the heck my wallet was and got a email from Princess saying it would be resolved. That was over a week ago! Nothing! They will not respond but they will turn off comments on Facebook to where you can't warn other people of their scam. I will be calling BBB tomorrow and the Attorney Generals office to report them. Thanks Grace Callie for taking my money with nothing in return. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I ordered a bag over a month ago and still have not received the product. Of course they took my money right away. Every time I tried to contact Grace Callie Designs via phone I just got an automated voice mail with NO response back. I proceeded to send them an email and I just got an auto reply email so I then threaten to contact the better business bureau on them and that of course got their attention. I then got an email from someone called "Princess"- what a joke. Keep in mind this whole time each week they kept sending me tracking information for my package that was going NOWHERE. I am not dumb I know how to track a package. They claimed the bag would be delivered to me in a few days and magically the package started to move for 2 days then it disappeared again. I was already in contact with the BBB and already getting my bank involved to get the process rolling on getting a refund for the item I purchased. I highly recommended NOT to buy from this site I can't believe the BBB has not shut down this website seeing all the complaints out there. I can't believe I did not do my homework better. I guess you live and learn.
I ordered a purse for $60 which is now on their site with a different name at a lower cost. I wouldn't want it if it were free! Way too cheap looking.
I did order 2 canvas bags that were ok for the $30 price. I'll never use them again. Beware of all (new) online companies, especially the ones you see on FB.
I ordered a purse and wallet well over a month ago for this company that said its in New Jersey. Why then are their products from CHINA? They are unresponsive, I still didn't receive the wallet but the quality of the purse is SO BAD I want to return it. Except by reading these reviews they will never give me a refund anyway. I am so mad I didn't read reviews, I ALWAYS do! But I just fell in love with this purse and though since its in the US it would be easier to deal with. I quit ordering anything from China because it never looks like what you ordered and its impossible to return. I got duped, please don't do the same. Run fast don't order from them!
Terrible delivery time yet, quick to take your money. Advertised genuine leather for a bag I wouldn't pay $5 for. Picture does not at all match the product. Let's see how the refund goes.
Do not order from this company. I didnt search this company before I ordered, big mistake on my part. I didnt realize it was coming from China. Sizing way too small. Quality of the shirt was so thin, one washing and I am sure it will fall apart. Total waste of money. I should realize not to buy anything advertised on Facebook, most are scams.
A Grace Callie dress came across my FB feed. The picture was cute so I bought it as a surprise for my teenager. Big mistake. It took forever to receive, and the quality was horrible. The dress is cheaply made and the material is almost like a synthetic nightgown. Ended putting it in my younger daughter's dress up box. Wish I researched reviews before I wasted my money. What a scam.
Ord'd a shirt, took over 3 weeks and looks nothing like the picture. Poor quality fabric, not true to their sizing chart. Emailed them and told them, they said they would send a replacement. Asked for my $ back instead with no reply. Thanks gosh I used paypal, filed a complaint thru them and got 100% of my money back.
Will NEVER buy from them again!
