Can not contact the company, did not receive my product. They sure took my money. Ordered as Christmas presents December 10th, it is January 1,2019. I have tried to call the company and they recording is that they are currently not available. Even my emails to the company keep getting returned.
I ordered the Mercer bag. Came from China although the website brags the company is in NJ. The bag had a toxic smell I had to throw it away after getting sick. I checked their LinkedIn profile and their headquarters is in Toronto, Canada. I filled a complaint with the BBB because the company will not provide a refund and swears they are not in Canada. The website is very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM GRACE CALLIE. I wish I read all of the online complaints before wasting my money

I purchased the outback bag, within 2 weeks, the metal bracket for the shoulder strap broke and the liner is completely falling off. CHEAPLY MADE... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered a Christmas gift on November 22,2018. Thinking it was coming from NJ. Well, its been in Korea since 12/1/2018. Getting NO answers from this company. Today is December 21!
It was so cute and held a decent amount of items, It's super cute and I'm happy I ordered it with the chain so I can wear it as a purse. Would definitely get another bag.

I ordered a purse on 11-17-18. I have not received any correspondence until I sent an e msil asking about my package. I don't think that's right that they don't bother to at least tell you it's delayed or lost! I am not happy at all and will not shop with them again. I will go in Google reviews and post there too.
I would have given many more star's! I have been looking for at least 5 years for this style! My great grandmother, had a very similar pair.

Update: My bag arrived today, stuffed into my mailbox! So the delivery time was really not that bad -- two weeks, from China. My problem is the bag itself. SAVE YOUR MONEY. My canvas bag (I got the smaller Outlander) is streaked down the entire outside of the purse. The canvas is coarse and ugly. The bag looks cheap. For $34 I could have bought a purse at Target that looks a lot better. I repeat: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BAG.
My Outlander Bag shipped from CHINA. They make a big deal out of being a U.S. company. Riiiight. My purse entered the U.S. through the Port of Miami. I live 100 miles north of there -- did they then ship the bag to me from Miami? No! They sent it up to New Hampshire, for god/s sake. It is still making its way back down South. Given the recent snowstorms that are still paralyzing Southern states, plus the volume of holiday mail, I will be lucky to get this purse by Easter, I should have known that a retail Web site that has NO WAY for customers to review their products online is a shoddy scam. Beware!

Love cluster ring with the diamond eternity ring, delicate and elegant! I use to have a ring quite similar and it was a favorite. I love that it is flexible like a chain. I bought 2 and love them both!
This is the ring I have been looking for. This Ring is a perfect, pretty and dainty without feeling too small for my larger hands/fingers. Packaging was lovely but did expect maybe a certificate to show quality etc.
I ordered a bag, the Mercer, based on the picture I saw online. To say that I received a different bag would be an understatement. The bag I received is about half the size of the one shown in their photo. It is advertised as genuine leather. If this was really leather, I'd eat it. Further, it isn't even close to the color I ordered. And, naturally, it isn't returnable because it was "on sale." My best recommendation? Stay far away from Grace Callie Designs.
I am so happy with them, and accessories are awesome for daily and special occasions use. They are responsive to questions and ship quickly. Super happy and will definitely buy from this artist website again!
At first I was weary because of bad reviews, but they are not true at all! I mentioned this to my friends when placing an order and I was told that a lot of competitors post fake reviews about Grace Callie, but they never "fight back" as it is unethical. I'll truly say that Grace Callie is much better than other online stores, I love the necklaces that I bought and other stuff.
Received these earrings within a few days of ordering them, beautiful and exactly as pictured. I appreciate the inclusion of little plastic rings to keep them in place. I have been using them often since the time I got them and they are intact and pretty much looks new, they really dont show either. Happy for my buy have placed order for another pair.
Grace Callie offers a fresh alternative to the traditional jewellery. The collection is carefully crafted and they look very precious although it is very affordable, I simply love it.
