I purchased a purse which immediately fell apart. I was on vacation when this happened so when I returned home I contacted the company. They replied that they would be sending out the parts for me to repair the purse. I told my hubby that it will probably take a couple months to receive because it had taken so long to receive the purse. By the rating I think you've already figured out that I never received the parts and they ignored every attempt of communication. I looked up on line their return policy and found it to be 30 days. It seems to me that they were just stringing me along to get past the 30 days. Save your money, time and the resulting headache!

I purchased an anklet that was plastered all over Facebook. The anklet took over 3 weeks to arrive because it was being shipped from China. Even through their website states your shipment may come from China or NJ. I doubt any are shipped out of NJ. I wore the anklet twice and it broke! I emailed them on 7/16/2018 and told them it broke. They asked me to upload pictures of the broken anklet (really?). It is now 8/10/2018 and I have yet to receive a replacement. Buyer beware - stay away!

Usually I try to avoid posting bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. I ordered a purse on May 9 and have yet to receive it despite 3 emails with an automated response that they would look into it. Requested the tracking number of my order with the first email which I never received a follow up email. Tried to call and the automated message prompted me to email. Never did get a live person. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge.

I ordered a necklace on May 3 2018 and never received it. I emailed them never got a response. I called after searching the internet for a phone number and did have someone return my call. They were very sorry and said they were looking into the issue. Another three weeks went by and I called a few more times. I then called one last time telling them I was going to charge back on my credit card. I just today June 25,2018 got a phone message saying they are refunding my money and please do not charge back on my credit card. They did not offer me any explianation or compensation. This company is not worth buying anything from.

I purchased a nice looking purse and even read great reviews on it. Once I got it, it looks cheap so I decided to send it back. I did as they asked and got the tracking number. I kept emailing them asking for my refund and they kept asking for tracking number information. I finally got nasty with them in my email and I eventually got a phone call apologizing and telling me they will refund me immediately. I saw in my email the refund info but I never saw the $$. I even tried calling them but no one was available to help me. It's been over 2 months since I purchased and returned the purse and I'm still waiting for my refund. I finally had to have PayPal intervene and help me get my money back. Wish me luck!

I ordered a purse - but once I got it, I decided I did not want it. So I returned it... and my tracking number showed it had arrived back where it came from. But I have yet to get a refund. When I asked about it, they claim it did not arrive and all I get are emails in bad English asking for that tracking number - which I no longer had - but no refund will be given unless I can produce that.
Very poor business, horrible customer service.

I placed an order on Grace Callie Designs website and immediate sent a message AND sent a ticket to cancel the order, as required, and no one contacted me OR canceled the order. I received the purse in the mail a week or so later and it was the worst quality item Ive ever received but thats not the worst part... the smell was beyond overwhelming. As soon as the package was opened an overpowering chemical smell emerged and I literally had to place it outside. Their refund policy says to submit item with proof of purchase but conveniently, they did not send one with the product. Im so disappointed in this purchase and no on cares!

Do not buy from this company. It is all cheap jewelry from China. It looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful looking jewelry on the website. I will never wear it, it is complete junk, looks like dull tin. The first earrings took about a month to come. Finally after another month went by, I complained on the website and within 2 weeks, the other earrings finally came. I should have just asked for my money back instead.
