Once we placed the order, the website stated that delivery should be in approximately 25 minutes. It was little over an hour! The restaurant is 11min drive from our home. Disappointed

Super easy to use! But I wanted to change the spiciness level of one of the entrees while on the checkout screen, and could not figure out how to do it without deleting the item and then going back into the menu to add it back at the right spiciness level.

The menu has no detailed description of what's in the food. I have food sensitivities so I had to go to a different service to view the details. In general, the grabul site feels entirely out of date.

Pretty good, but grab bull wanted me to donate to a Covid 19 relief fund which is outdated and it shows how grabbull will do business with crooks. Application defaulted a tip on my order. I think that is underhanded and unethical. This is a pick up order, they are not waiting on a table for me. They are making my food, bagging it up, and waiting for me to drive over and pick it up. Tipping culture is out of hand. Business owners should be paying their workers a living wage and orking that into their prices if they must.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
