Pros -Easy to order. Functionality is good.
Cons - I'd like to see more options added for ordering. The wet burrito isn't on the menu. The kids quesadilla should have the meat option, they always ask over the phone.
For some reason there was confusion about the delivery location but everything worked out well- they texted and called and we figured it out.
Numerous spelling/grammatical errors in standard form text, clunky address handling, couldn't find the restaurant's listing with full menu (but found 3 variants with shorter menus missing entire sections) until I used a link from the restaurant's own web site. But at least the web site worked better than the iOS app, which cleared form fields I'd just filled in, and refused to accept the order with no explanation why.
I'm less than 3 miles away in Revere. Perhaps maybe they can deliver to me

I started an order, left, came back came back to complete it and the order was missing. I completed the order a second time and when I signed in, the order was gone again.
Ordered online for a Take-out order. Food was excellent - tostados, chili rellenos, tacos. Order was ready when I came to get it; their attitude was helpful and cheery. Excellent restaurant!

THERE ARE TOO MANY GLITCHES WHEN ORDERING DIFFERENT OPTIONS. FOR INSTANCE, WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE TYPE OF BREAD YOU WANT, IT DOUBLES THE PRICE OF THE SANDWICH. ALSO, IF YOU CHOOSE A BREAD THAT COSTS LESS, IT STILL CHARGES YOU A HIGHER PRICE. ADDITIONALLY, I CHOSE NO TIP AND IT STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT

Good food and good Delivery service. The experience was great overall.
My purchase was two dollars more using Grabull. This could have been understood if my food was ready when I came to pick it up, but it was not and it seemed like people were getting served faster when they ordered in shop then than when I had ordered through the app 25 minutes prior— in other words, it seems that I could've gotten my food quicker AND paid less money had I just ordered in the store.
Sharky's was great my family and I enjoyed the food. Customer service was awesome and the folks there were welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back for more.
Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
