I accidentally got sent to this site and waited 40 minutes to get my food. When I went to pick it up the restaurant told me Grabull never submitted my order. I called Grabull and spoke to someone who did not speak English. Very frustrating. Use GrubHub!
Placed the order and sent my teenage daughter in to pick up the order at the designated time. It was extremely busy with many people waiting. The folks completing orders said that there was a problem with their fax and they had not received it yet. My daughter waited for about an hour after the order was placed and was told again that the order had not come through. I subsequently went in and was told that the fax machine was broken. They made the orders and gave it to me. They were very nice in the store and clearly very harried and busy. Was just a frustrating experience overall. I suspect the store should have somehow alerted the online ordering services that they were unable to get orders although I did see many doordash and other delivery orders being filled when I waited so not totally sure what was going on. Would have just abandoned my order except that we had no food at home and the order was pricey - about $75! Unfortunately, I do not think I will order with Grabull again, perhaps not at Anna's any time soon either at peak hours.
Please include option for Apple Pay. Provide reward points and offers. Give easy order or last order option
For Grabull (not for Ixtapa restaurant): Debug JSON messages showed up on the completion page (oops?), and the credit card expiration dates could be formatted better after entry (add slashes between month and day), but otherwise generally seemed to work, and not too much cost markup AFAICT?
I did not get an email confirmation of the order when I placed it. Only a follow up the day after.

I can't log in using my account and even though Grabull says that a code has been sent to my email, I have not received it in my inbox or spam folder.
