Placed a pickup order for 9:00am. Got the email saying the order is ready at 9:10am, but when I arrived at store, the order was not ready. And I was waiting there for another 30 mins to receive my order. Bad experience.
Easy to use. Now lets see if it gets delivered at the right place!
Called Grabull and they said the order was outside on the porch.
I told them I was at a hotel and there was no porch. I looked outside the hotel and found no food.
Grabull said the driver called me twice, however I never received any calls.
Hotel front desk said no food had been delivered. Asked Grabull for a picture of where food was placed to assist me in looking, they said I would have to wait 30 minutes for a manager. At this point, If I waited another 30 minutes, it would have been a total of 1.5 hours since my food was prepared and was waiting outside. I asked for a refund. Grabull said they a manager would call back to assist. Nobody ever called me back and I never received a refund, or a picture to help me locate the food.
I waited two weeks for a refund, but never received one, so I submitted this to my credit card company as a dispute.
The pizza was excellent and the food was ready and warm for pick up!
Grabull charged my credit card $2 more than the receipt they sent me, which was a further $3 more than the receipt from the restaurant (so $5 total). A previous time when I used their service, my credit card I go was stolen. I've written to them and received no response. I will never use this service again. Avoid it if you can!
While the food was great, the delivery experience was terrible. There was no way to track the order, or contact the Delivery company. The food eventually arrived after almost 2 hours, and was cold. Not being able to track the driver or contact anyone was very frustrating.
I ordered a cheeseburger club which was described as a triple layer cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and cheese on toasted white bread with french fries for $12.99, which is the amount I was charged. I received a single cheeseburger on a bun with NO french fries, which is listed on the menu for $4.99. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told the order said Cheeseburger sandwich, and that was what I received. After going back and forth several times, it was clear that the interface between Gradbull and the restaurant is very poor. Grabull did not list the item as the club with french fries but as a single sandwich. I was charged for the more expensive item and received the much less expensive item.

I found the site easy to navigate and was able to place my order quickly. My order was ready on time for my pickup. Sadly, there was an item left out of the bag, which I didn't know until I'd arrived at my final destination. It was certainly the restaurant's fault, but it was definitely a bummer.

The re-order function did not work. It was a delivery and I change it for pickup deleted a few meal and got a message saying session expired. I tried again and it did not work. I had to take a pictures of the historic order to have a list of what I wanted to reorder, then putting everything one by one. Please fix reorder function.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
