Poor quality ordering app. Says total must be 25$ for delivery, says to click proceed directly under my subtotal which reads $25.35. Button is still big and blue center of screen to proceed but pressing it does nothing, no error message, nothing. So I assume it's tax order something bringing order over 25, I go back and nope the total says about 17$. I almost just closed out and ordered elsewhere but decided I'll just do pickup since the app is junk, I get to the paying page and it doesn't even say the freaking total of my order? Asking me for tips (to who?) And asking for donations to covid relief fund? Jesus christ that crap is done and I don't care about your fund, I want to order food. Then bottom button says place orde4, again NO TOTAL anywhere on the page. How much am I going to be charged if I press to place the order? This is common sense, or at least we thought it was but I guess not. Get new developers or at the very least TRY THE APP YOURSELF. Won't use this site again

Easy to order. Explained each dinner and have a choice to add or remove ingredients. Nobody else does that.
So, if you call in an order, you just have to give them your name. But if you order online, it's name, credit card, email, and phone number? That's messed up.
It might be somewhere in the page but I couldn't see it so put in my order and then called the restaurant to change pick up time. Might as well have just called in the order.
Every food service app has an Apple Pay option. Try make easy for people to pay!

Placed a pickup order for 9:00am. Got the email saying the order is ready at 9:10am, but when I arrived at store, the order was not ready. And I was waiting there for another 30 mins to receive my order. Bad experience.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
