Not bad but an hour early

Driver was polite however they were an hour early which may have been them or the restaurant but I'd made it clear what time I'd wanted food delivered. Had I not a friend over it would've been a serious problem as I was not home at the time

Your data validation is terrible

Your data validation is terrible. When you ask for a date field in YYMM, and someone puts in YY/MM,_your_ code should be smart enough to handle the slash. Don't put it on the user to correct for you. UX 101 guys.

They were super busy that day, they ended up giving me the wrong kind of noodle. Mistakes happen. I called and they apologized and exchanged the noodles for the right ones.I drove back to get them and they gave me some cucumbers as well. I enjoy their spicy house ramen! Yum!

I selected and was charged for artichoke hearts add-on to the pizza. They were not added. I called Zumi; it said it had not offered artichoke hearts for "a long time." Did not offer a refund.
