Easy to do business with. Agents are very polite and patient. Process was very seamless. Agents walk you through the information needed and before the call ends they assure you know what to expect and when your EIN number will be delivered.

I did not get what I ask for. They actually miscommunicate the facts to me. I thought this ein number was for my non-profit and it wasn't.

This website is a scam. They took money with out my permission after they sent an email saying that all my info was erased. Then when I emailed them TWICE about a refund they sent me an automatic email BOTH TIMES saying "how great they are." If I could I could I would give them ZERO stars for lying and taking money and iformation. This company is a fraud and who ever created it should be ashamed. Don't use this website.

The process to get my EIN was quick and easy. I never had to pick up the phone because something wasn't clear. AWESOME!

I went to order a replacement card they took my money and I got my application from the social securerity office saying they need more informed me they don't charge for replacement cards.

Chris was truly a professional with answers and guidance in this process. He took time to clarify the process and to provide excellent assistance.
