THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE.
DECEIVING ADVERTISING TO OBTAIN EIN# INSTANTLY AND ACTUALLY YOU'LL GET IT NEXT DAY AND YOU CANNOT EVEN PRINT IT, THEREFORE YOU CAN'T OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT AS OPPOSED TO APPLYING DIRECTLY TO IRS FOR FREE. MORE SO, YOU'LL EXPERIENCE ALL SORT OF FRUSTRATIONS AND FEEL CHEATED ONLY AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH

They made a mistake in their internal process, delayed my number, still charged me the HIGHER rate for immediate service. The rep REFUSED to allow me to talk to the person with knowledge of my case, no matter how much I insisted. Will NEVER use this company again.

Their so called documents didn't print right so I ended up driving to the S. S. office and they informed me that the documents were a fraud and I could get my card for free. I am trying to get my money back but I am not hopeful. Don't get taken by these frauds.

It was okay to get my EIN but I didn't know that I could get it on the IRS website for free by filling out the forms myself. I thought this was the government website to fill out the form and didn't realize that you are a private company. I think it would be fair to advertise that your company can fill out the form and get the EIN for a fee but if you can do it yourself here is the web address of the IRS.

You can get the same type of response directly from the IRS for free. GovSimplified is sneaky and would not honor their customer promise. I already had an EIN but could not remember, I mistakenly used their site thinking it was IRS'. They promised they could have an IRS verification letter for me within 24 hours for $197. The letter had the wrong EIN. I called the IRS, they were transparent and gave me the EIN right away and mailed me the verification letter. GovSimplified only refunded 50% because they said it was their return policy if you cancel 1 day later. Save yourself $197.
You can get this form for free on the IRS website, it is not necessary to pay the $147 on this website. There is no reason to. Do not use!

I do think it is overpriced though. Should not be asked to write 100 words in a review. Remember "Saw sub, sank same." More words don't make a review better.
It was good and easy to do online. I did not have any problems going through the steps.The process was straightforward.
I found the process to be straightforward. However, while it's free (for a nonprofit) to register an EIN in person, it takes a long time for the process to be completed. It is also costly to register an EIN for nonprofits online and over the phone (which is a faster process). It should be free for nonprofits to do so in all formats. All prices, timelines, and steps should be clearly outlined on all platforms.
They gave me my ein but ithought it cost to much that's why I would not recommend them only if the price was much less then I beleave all your customers will agree

I thought the process would be long and uncomfortable. But it was short, and precise the agent that assisted me was Luisa who was awesome and very informative, made me feel comfortable about answering the questions because she was clear and courteous the entire time.
