Total ripoff. Paid to have the service done in 3 days. 8 days later still wasnt done. I did it myself in a 20 minute phone call to the IRS. They told me it was my fault for not calling them after 3 days and would not refund my money for the service they did not provide
Simple and quick! I was nervous and had procrastinated. Theres really no need for that. Couldnt be easier or faster.

People are using GS to get EIN numbers/? I thought business people knew more than that. OH well, it's your money, in my experience, GS is a legitimate scam (for now) preying on the uninformed.

I did not receive help, not even a blank form that I can pick up or order from my local social security office. Just a charge for $37.00 which I am having removed by my bank as a fraud charge.

They quickly took my money for expedited service, but then didn't provide expedited service. They delivered my social security card replacement documentation to the Social Security Administration on the day it was to be completed and returned to me! I went to the Social Security Administration office in person and a very helpful civil servant tracked down my application / documents. She processed my request while I waited so I could get back my Divers License and Birth Certificate. Thanks to her, I had my replacement card within another week.
GOVSIMPLIFIED WAS VERY HELPFUL. INCLUDING THERE CUSTOMER HELP SUPPORT TEAM. A TEAM MEMBER WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME EVEN THO I WAS REALLY RUDE AND LOUD SO I JUSTR WANT TO SAY THANKYOU FOR TEAM WORK.

I really like the new process for the Fed Tax ID. Much simpler and faster, its about time! Only problem is that I messed up on the form and put the wrong email. I called a day later and all the service agent did was argue with me. He said that I had signed it already and that it must've come through my email for me to sign. Well I signed it right away after I filled it out during the online process. He was more hung up on proving me wrong than getting the problem solved. My fault originally but the guy could've been a bit nicer. The speed of the new system overshadows the agent though, well done government. Now can you get to work on fixing everything else?!
The process was as advertised. Very fast and easy, the process was painless, quick and easy. I received my ein number very fast. Customer service was very good.

SS-5 Form received was incorrect. Called 2x to correct, and while customer service was really great, they did not get the form correct, nor was the corrected form ever emailed as promised. Waste of time filling out their site form (which does not correctly save information), and the phone calls to try to correct. Went to SSA Office, and was in and out in 20 minutes. Again customer service was great, I called yet again, and asked for a refund. Waiting... we will see.
