The rep was courteous and took me through the process, even though I was surprised to hear it was a third party company not until we were halfway through. It was not glitch-free and expensive, but I got the number THAT day!

This is the last place I would recommend to anyone to seek assistance with. If I could give 0 stars I would. My strong advice is to steer beyond clear or this company. The level of respect, articulation, and mediation will have you question the authenticity of any service offered. Supervisor Fernando behaves as a child and does not comprehend clean remedial English.
The service was excellent, I feel that your idea and ability to become the middleman was very smart and crafty. The agent was very professional and knowledgeable. He went beyond his call of duty and show me how to apply my signature to the application. I wish the service industry had more people to serve us in such a professional manner

I was given GovSimplify's number to contact to get an EIN number. GovSimplify was not up front with me. When I called, I was asked for a lot of private information to fill in the form. After I had given all information, I was told how much it would cost.
The gentleman explained I would get an EIN number within an hour; if I were to apply myself through the IRS it would take 5 weeks. Due to circumstances, I decided to pay the fee.
I good the form that was emailed to the bank. The bank said the number was invalid. They said I only had an"application". I need a letter of confirmation.
Paid $37 for a SS package that I thought was going to Ive instant proof that applied as unneeded proof for a job that I had just started. Got and email with shipping label(addressed to SS office five minutes from my house) nothing in the email gave me proof of application. When I called I was told I had to go down to the office for proof. What is the point of the service then? Went down and instantly got proof for FREE! Was told this website is a useless scam to get peoples money. Called to be refunded my money and was told I could only get partial refund. Despite that I had not printed or used the label they sent me. The woman I spoke with after being on hold for 20 min calarabelle was extremely rude Nd condescending. And just kept repeating some phrase about terms and conditions. Have yet to receive my partial refund

I got my EIN number in 5 hours and the site was easy to use. It was inutile and I found it easy to walk through. I was a little surprised about the cost. O opted for the cheaper 12 hour level for $150 and got it in 6 hours. Rating this long review is a bit of a pain.

Received several checks made out to my late mother and I was advised to get an EIN in order to open an estate bank account. I obtained an EIN for my late mother within a hour. It truly is a great service.
The process was quick and easy. My only displeasure was that I opted to pay the extra to have an instant EIN number but it was on a Friday afternoon in the mountain timezone and apparently I could not get the number until Monday as the offices were closed already. Should not accept or offer instant option after certain time each day.
I was surprised how efficient and thorough they were. They were very helpful and courteous with my questions and questions they had for me.
