I'm very disappointed with your company. You are scamed a senior citizen by misled me to belived that you were IRS. You cheated me for $197.00 and refused to refund me my money when I found out that I was cheated by your employee.
I was completely unaware that I paid $149 for an EIN number through a 3rd party when it would have been free from the government. This company is sneaky.
You miss represent yourself. People believe they are on the IRS site. You took $150 from me. Shame on you. Refund my money.
They were very helpful in guiding me to get my EIN within the hour. Thanks, I'll give 'em *****. The only thing that would make me happier is if those two wonderful people who helped me would buy my cookbook, "Make 'Em Think You Can Cook" because part of the proceeds will also go to help the Special Olympics. I am very happy, I finally starting my own personal business and having an INC confirmed registered with my EIN.

Thank you! I am so happy that I finally started my own business, went from nothing last friday to having an LLC confirmed registered by Monday. I applied for my EIN TODAY AT 7:00am and had it by 12:30 SAME DAY, and I did not pay the extra money to have my request expedited!

Very helpful. Easy to use site. I received my results fast. They live up to everything they promise and I got my results in less than one hour! I looked at other sites and they wanted more money or wouldn't accept an American Express credit card. I would recommend to anyone who is in a rush to pay the extra price to have the reassurance that you will get your number in a timely fashion. I really don't understand the negative reviews because the site was easy to utilize and delivered what it promised within the hour.

They lied, claiming that they could help me get my EIN number within the hour but it would take the IRS 4-6 weeks. I learned that was a lie and it would only take 5 minutes for the IRS to do it online. They also lied and said they would send me the required IRS letter and they didn't. They sent me a form and it was not what I needed. The necessary letter would have been free from the IRS. This has waisted my time and I have not gotten done what I need to get done.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! IF YOU DO AND YOU HAVE TROUBLES CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEN LIE TO YOU!
I filled out an application for to get a new card for my daughter since I could not find her card after moving. AFTER I paid all fees the website then advised me to send in 2 forms of ID and it kept telling me that I needed to send in her original Drivers License. Again like I said this was for my daughter who isn't even old enough to have a drivers license! Not only that but this was suppose to make this process easier, right? Well once I called the company to complain about the issue the guy "Jay" told me that I was outside of the time frame to call and get a refund then VERY RUDELY asked why it took me so long to call (like I don't have anything else going on in my life) I explained my situation to him and again he VERY RUDELY told me there was nothing that he could do for me since I was outside of the time frame to call back and get a refund (which is a total LIE! I've worked in customer service my whole life and there IS ALWAYS something they can do). I asked to speak to a supervisor and "Jay" said (again, very rudely), "why? They are just going to tell you the same thing." By this time I was very upset and said "i don't care! Then get me a supervisor so they can tell me the same thing then!" When the supervisor came on the line she didn't even know my name and actually called me by my daughters name. She introduced herself as "Kyra". She was also not helpful in any way. When I told her that I knew there was something to do to help because there ALWAYS is. She still refused to help at all. I explained to her that I would be leaving a negative review and asked for her name again so that I could put it in my review she LIED to me and told me that her name was KRISTEN! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEB SITE!
Easiest On-line government related task I have ever done! I should have done this a long time ago, was expecting hassles. I was wrong. It seems expensive and also didn't realize it is a third party site, which is probably why it's so expensive.
