Very simple to use. Straightforward. One of the easiest government operations I've ever used.

I was not sure of some of the questions on the application and ended up calling for help in filling out. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful and was especially patient answering all my questions. She explained things thoroughly and in simple terms. I appreciated also that she spoke English! I do hate that I could not fill out my application online, maybe needs for instruction on that website?

The entire team helped me to locate an "old" EIN and update my records for use with my new DBA.

I found the website misleading to look like a government site. Being at the top of search reaults is a good way to get noticed. The process was very simple yet the price is very expensive.
