My neighbors helped so much with my move and I wanted to show my appreciation. I couldn't decide on which basket and decided to get the Cookie Basket and the Farmers Basket. They were both a hit! Both baskets came nicely wrapped and came on the days that I requested. The delivery man was very careful with the baskets and they said everything was delicious! Thank you Gourmet Gift Baskets!

What an outstanding gift box for Mother's Day purchased from Gourmet Gift Baskets! The box was filled with delicious baked goodies that our daughter and her children enjoyed for the holiday and many more days. I have found that a lot of US websites are not geared up for those ordering outside the USA but not so with Gourmet Gift Baskets. Purchased the basket for a co-worker and they absolutely loved it. Arrived fast and plenty of items in the basket. If I could give more stars I would. Customer Service is amazing. I received a phone call to make sure everything was ok with the basket. I'm lucky if I've ever received an e-mail weeks later from other places. Erin was awesome and I appreciate the phone call and e-mail (the day after co-worker received basket). They are A+ when it comes to customer service. I have recently ordered a wine basket for my daughter for Mother's Day. This fine company emailed me back and informed me that I did not use the 10% discount that they offered. I was informed they would credit the card 10%.

I ordered a meat and cheese sampler box for my grandson's birthday. He is attending college and was most pleased with the contents. He texted me immediately when he opened the box and then again, as he ate! The price was right and the selection was perfect! Not only that, but the customer service is amazing!

There was a problem with the initial delivery. It was signed for, upon delivery while my grandson was unavailable and then disappeared (this grandmother believes that the signer enjoyed the box). I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets to order another box. Seth took over the problem and handled it with expedience and much grace. I cannot say enough about him and the company.

I ordered a basket to be delivered overnight and paid quite a bit extra for the service. There were some weather conditions but the tracking showed at the local airport at 6:23am so there should have been plenty of time for delivery. Then there is a note that there was a mechanical problem and the delivery would be delayed by one day. The shipment guarantee says only weather conditions would void the guarantee. When I contacted them, the said since there was mention of a weather issue they would not honor the guarantee. Buyer beware!

I sent to my daughter and husband who currently live in the US and we are in Canada for Easter... they said it was very fun... my daughter ate all her favourites before sharing with her husband!

This is the most beautiful, fresh and delicious dried fruit platter I have ever ordered! The recipient raved about how beautiful and colorful the presentation.
