Mt order was placed on 12/12/2022 with a selected arrival date of 21/12. The order arrived at the courier facility in Irving TX on 19/12. Despite Houston being 3.5 hours away, the parcel was not delivered. I have used GGBs before but will not use them again, very disappointing.
Picture clearly shows 15 pieces of fruit, but only 8 were delivered. It is illegal to show a picture of something that is not included unless a disclaimer is noted. Their customer service could not be more unhelpful and rude. Unless you would like similar treatment, beware of this awful company.
I want to strongly encourage you NOT TO use this company. I had one number wrong on my sending address and NO ONE Contacted me. I had to figured this out. When it was delivered, the fruit was spoiled and they would not help replace it. It was a sympathy basket and was drastically late and then spoiled. I paid $150 for spoiled fruit.
I ordered Tuesday for a gift to be delivered Friday for veterans day to a disabled veteran. Ups would not deliver due to it being a holiday and told me the shipper should've investigated before hand before accepting this delivery date. Your customer service agent offered me a refund for the shipping fee, or to cancel the order that once delivered the disabled veteran would have to return. So if i wanted to cancel, the person would receive the gift and would have to return it. Does that make sense? How can I cancel and make the recipient return the gift? I understand this is a ups issue, but your hw shouldve been done regarding the delivery before offering it to be delivered. Completely displeased with the lack of customer satisfaction you guys promised. Never using them again.
Very disappointed in the quality of the gift box I ordered for a client. The item was delivered directly to them and the cheese was overly warm and inedible, the fruit was sub-par, but they said the crackers were ok. I spoke with customer service and told them about the issue, fully expecting they would resend the package... nothing, nada, zip, and no further contact from the company. Next time I'm ordering thru Costco.
Don't waste your money here, they don't care about their quality or they would have made this right. I ordered this on 9/1/22, and waited until 10/19/22 to post this, I gave them plenty of time to resend the order.
I ordered this gift basket and not only was it not delivered, but it included alcohol items - despite the alcohol items they left it outside. It was obviously stolen and they refused to refund. I will NEVER again use this service.
Company unsatisfactory if things go wrong. Gift was scheduled for Sat. But instead sat in hot warehouse until Tuesday. GGB didn't offer a replacement, just a refund of about 50%! After multiple interactions, GGB offered 2/3 of my payment. Talked with UPS - they refund ALL shipping charges to sender for late delivery. GGB received their money back and took 1/3 of my payment - yet recipient did not receive gift. GGB didn't honor their part of the bargain since no service was provided. FINALY received a full refund after a lot of time, effort, and aggravation - it should have been a slam dunk!
Package is late. Email not answered. Phone message not returned. Site does not automatically update, only open until 6:00 EST. Another day trying to find my gift delivery. For their price point, it should have arrived on time and I should not have to call over and over to find out where the gift really is. Not happy.
Very disappointed with delivery from Gourmet gift basket that left a box of chocolate strawberries outside the front door on the heat exposed to animals. The chocolate melted falling apart and the strawberries was wet.
First, I paid extra money for a personalized card, had the time to upload a photo and everything else and the card came without the picture. If this was not enough, who ever made the shipping box had the "amazing" idea of glueing the card under the label used to seal the box, so, by the time I opened it, it torn the card in two parts. This was a gift for my wife's birthday which I planed with so much care and for which I paid extra money for the card. This is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I will never be your customer again and I will make sure that I will write very good reviews about it.

It is my first time ordering from this site as I was in search of something that had same day delivery service.
This site provided the same day delivery service, as long I had put in the order before 1PM, which I indeed had and received the confirmation email at 12:02 PM EST.
It was a birthday present and I knew the recipient would be home today to receive it. However, as time had gone by, I realize, I have not received any notification regarding delivery.
I reached out to their LIVE chat and was assisted by one of their rep. They informed me that it will be delivered within the hour.
I had gone ahead and informed the recipient to stay put and don't go anywhere but she waited till 6:30 PM and needed to leave and could not wait anymore unfortunately.

I had reached out to their LIVE chat again and was informed that the package was delivered and signed for on 6/15. Which I did indeed check with the recipient right away to make sure if anyone else in the household may have received this.
I did not receive any confirmation email delivery.
When I checked their tracking site, my order # came up as "No Data Found"
Their rep finally makes the connection with the local shop to confirm and find that they did NOT deliver. I was told that they will deliver within 2 hours. So I had asked that if this was not delivered by noon, I would like to request a refund as I did not want her to wait around for a situation I had put her in.
The recipient did receive the package and took a picture to send to me.
To my disappointment, it came in a box. I specifically chose a "basket size" on your site because I thought the basket can be repurposed for something else. Premium basket size to be exact and it was delivered in a box. What was the point of choosing a basket size and paying extra money for? It is quite deceiving to say the least. The items in the box were not exactly what I would expect from a premium box included were 2 nature valley granola bars and 1 Rocher chocolate, which I thought was in poor choice selection for a gourmet snack and chocolate basket (box).
I understand their fine print say the items pictured and container will vary but the container, letting it be a "basket size" of different type of wicker basket was assumed here.
There was no depiction of what the difference between classic or premium and so this is quite misconstrued in your post. I would probably be content with this item being considered to be your classic but to be considered to be a premium box, is quite reaching.
This was my personal review but it will be my last time purchasing.
Twice now I've paid extra for a certain delivery date and it has arrived late both times. Why bother with this company when it's a gamble as to when it will arrive?

I needed to order a gift for a little girl's birthday and needed it shipped quickly. I was so happy to find this site and they had the perfect gift bucket! I saw it had positive reviews so I ordered one. I was sent a video of her enjoying the items in the bucket and it had a fabulous unicorn stuffed animal along with a lot of goodies that she loved. The vendor was great at sending me status updates and I know I will be shopping with them again. Quality product from a quality shop!
I've ordered numerous items from GourmetGiftBaskets over the years and all have loved what they received. It's easy to order ahead, scheduling future delivery. I love that, cause I'm very forgetful. In fact, I have one set to go out next month. The products I've sent have been truly popular with family and friends. They've gone on and on about how delicious everything is. Highly recommend!

Sent as a "get well" basket. Ordered online, process was easy and swift, item was promptly delivered to our friend as ordered. Friend reported they enjoyed the gift basket.
I wanted to send a special gift to my son at his job site, for his 21st birthday. I had no idea what to send. Then I found Gourmet gift baskets. They had a basket of beers from around the world! It was a HUGE hit!
Paid extra in order to insure receipt of a gift. Not only did they fair to meet that date, but Customer Service was difficult to contact & then indifferent to my plight. Very disappointed. Will be challenging any charges to my credit card.
I ordered 2 baskets for my daughters birthday. My daughter said the wine and cheese basket was like a little date in a basket. The champagne and truffle basket was decadent. Both baskets arrived within hours of each other on the day I had requested. The tracking information they send you is awesome. I would definitely use them again
