I purchased this gift for my Aunt this Christmas, and she loved it! She said it was too beautiful to open! My Aunt said all of the snacks and treats were delicious! I recommend anything and everything on their website! We have been ordering from this company for years! All of their products are the perfect gift for anyone!
This Christmas I sent out Gourmet Gift Baskets to family in New Mexico and Arizona. The gifts I choose were the Around the world beer bucket and the A toast to you Prosecco gift. Just want to say, everything was a breeze, website navigation, selecting, scheduling and payment. Both gifts were delivered on time, smiles all around.
After 2 weeks my basket was delivered finally first customer service girl was miserable. Set however went above and beyond his service! Kind, helpful, and very understanding to my situation. The best customers service person I have ever talked too and you have the person of the year in my eyes!

I bought these for my son's 24th birthday who lives about 4 hours away from us. They were delivered on his birthday as promised. He was so happy to get them. He face timed me when they were delivered and he opened them right in front of me. They were very carefully packaged in a bag that kept them cool and fresh inside a box. None of them were broken either. They were so cute. All decorated differently. He said they were delicious and ate them all in 2 days! I was very pleased! I'm sorry that I do not have a picture. I should have asked him to take one!

Exceptional in every way: content of the basket, delivery (precisely as ordered), customer service outreach (checked with me by phone and email to ensure all went well). Gift was to a friend recuperating from recent hospital surgery at home -- he was so surprised and delighted to receive he sent me a photo of himself smiling beside the beribboned basket.
This was a thank you gift to some very kind friends. It was beautifully presented and full of wonderful treats in addition to the beer. My friends were overwhelmed. These gift baskets are something that I will send again.
I ordered a gourmet gift box from NZ for my son in DC unfortunately he had to be away for work on the day it was delivered as I had not requested signature required it was left on the porch. Unfortunately it dissapeared!

He was incredibly helpful and followed up - they sent a another gift basket to replace the presumably stolen one at no extra charge to me!
