Since I am in Florida and my son lives in Connecticut I wanted to send him a gift. I had heard of Gourmet Gifts Baskets and looked them up. Nice selection, easy web site, next day delivery. My son was delighted with the quality of the beers and the snacks. Will be back again!

I wanted to send something a little special and different than typical gift baskets, and so I sent one of the chocolate variety baskets. The recipient (my sister) was thrilled, and I think it made her feel very special. I'm also guessing that her daughters and husband were pleased too!

I love shopping on this site! So many cute basket ideas. I just purchased two items for my husband and parents for Valentine's Day and have purchased in the past for other occasions. I would recommend this site over and over again. Fresh goodies and so delicious. I highly recommend!

I wasn't sure about using this as an idea for sending gifts but turned out to be the best idea ever. They come beautifully presented and put together, products in the baskets are high quality, and the people you send them to really love them. Also this company has gotten gifts on time. They are so nice it makes the person you send it to feel special! You can use this for so many occasions: thank you's, Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, work thank you gifts like to your boss. Their customer service is also nice.

I ordered early the week of Valentine's Day. When I placed my order, the option for Friday delivery was given (of course, with a note that shipments may be delayed due to Covid.). I selected that option and paid as much For shipping as I did for the products - instantly doubling the cost of the gift. On Friday, it looked like UPS hadn't even received the shipment yet (according to the tracking). I called customer service and they shipped out a SECOND order to arrive on Saturday... which it did. I didn't even ask for that... I described my concern, she checked, then just took care of it. Amazing service and the gift was received on time.

The gift that hits a unique genre, sympathy. What better way to comfort someone than with chicken soup! I've gotten many compliments for I'll or even condolences for 2020. Wish I had thought of this idea!

The website is easy to use. Order when you want and then specify when you want the gift basket delivered. Option for a simple note to be included or go with a personalized (you can upload a picture) note that was a great added touch - and something the recipient referenced when sending back a thank-you note. We'll definitely use this service again.

The gift basket was exactly what I was looking for and the guys I sent it to loved it. Everything was perfection from start to finish. I must say, I am very impressed with the the level of customer service provided by the GourmetGiftBaskets team. After such an exemplary experience, I don't plan to look elsewhere for future gift baskets. This company has just secured a loyal customer. I highly recommend this brand. I don't know why there are so many good reviews, I had a terrible experience. I received an expensive basket on Dec 19; the apples and pears were spoiled and crushed and the cracker boxes were also crushed (and crackers were crumbs). I initiated a "chat" with customer service and they agreed to email to me a credit to select another package (bc apparently they couldn't send a replacement). I waited 2 days just for a "credit", didn't come I did another chat - they said they'd send it, it never came. I emailed to the company 3 more times betw Dec 22 and Jan 6 and only got "form letter" responses that they are looking into it. I then called during business hours, waited on hold for customer service for 23 minutes and was disconnected. Tried again, same response. 3rd time, called and instead of asking for cust svc, I requested "sales" - person on phone said she couldn't help me but forwarded me to Cust service - got response of "all service agents are busy helping other customers, try later". I waited about a week and tried again, this time was directed to leave a message, I don't have a lot of faith. So basically this was a $134 ripoff.

I had sea salt caramel & chocolate covered strawberries sent to me as a gift, but they were horrible. Horribly packaged, overly salted, thick chocolate, more than half of the strawberries were still not ripe. This company chooses to hide poor reviews on a separate part of their website and showcase the best on the product detail pages. No ability to leave reviews on socials or Google. No response from customer service either. Save your money or waste it at Edible Arrangements. At least you'll get a better presentation and actually good overpriced dipped desserts.

This basket was gifted to me as a thank you from an Organization I had the pleasure of working with, and I was pleasantly surprised. The crackers, sausage and cheese tasted wonderful, as did the beers. It was nice to have the different beers to sample. My favorite was the blood orange. Definitely would order this to gift to someone else.

I purchased a gift basket for my brother's 50th birthday and it was delivered on time, even when deliveries were slow during the holidays. He said it was wonderful. I picked the basket of old candies from when we were kids and he said it brought a smile to his face. Since we couldn't be together to celebrate it brought back wonderful memories.
