I made a super hero shirt for my husband and we love it! The quality and sizing were great. Shipping was fast!
We decided to give gossby a chance and we ordered a mug for our Dad for Father's day. We ordered it a month in advance and didn't open it until a few days before father's day. It was suppose to be a mario mug with 3 kids names on it. When I opened the box, it was a dragon ball mug with one child's name on it. We got ahold of customer service and although they sent a new one, it did not get to us in time for father's day so our dad was ultimately without a gift. When the mug did arrive, over a week later, it was packaged in a styrofoam box with no newspaper or tissue paper holding it steady inside. I'm glad it arrived unbroken but I don't think I could order from Gossby again.

I purchased my husband, dad, and brother the super daddio shirt for Father's day. Shirts are true to size. They turned out great. The only feedback I have is that the font with the letter K looks like an H. So it looks like it reads HAREN instead of KAREN. We know what it says, so we don't mind but it is a flaw in the font. We will order again and refer others to him. In fact, I will be ordering once my besties baby arrives!

Hat was bent even after I put it on the head, very poor/ cheap quality. The name was spelled wrong. There was a H instead of K even after I double checked my spelling

If you are ordering one of their own items. Hopefully you did everything right. You might be fine. However, what ever you do...DO NOT order anything that is slightly pop culture. No Zelda. No GoT. No Dragonball...because if you have a problem you CANNOT re-order it...know why? They remove those items within days and you will never see it again. Don't bother with Customer Service. You will just waste a week of your life to have them tell you exactly what you told them: The Item isn't on their site so you cannot re-order. Oh, they will give you a 20% discount (excluding shipping) only to downgrade it two days later to 15% (excluding shipping, of course). Take it from me, they WILL NOT use your previous info to reprint it either. You are just SOL. They will not help in any reasonable manner. It's all lip service for a shirt that has a neat design they could not bother centering.

Check your shirts when they arrive! I ordered two shirts, one for myself and one for my wife, for our sons birthday. They were the same exact shirts, just different sizes. On my shirt, the graphic was on the front, how it should be. But on my wife's shirt, the graphic was on the back. I didn't return it, as it was too close to my son's birthday, but Gossby should pay attention to their paying customer's orders.

Our cup came out perfectly. Well near perfect anyway. I really love the weight of it and it seems to be good quality. My husband loved it for Father's Day. My only problem is that all the colors are true to what was represented online except for one. The hair color I chose looked like a lighter brown but it is orange! All the other colors were as expected so for this to be so far off is annoying. I didn't go through the hassle of trying to return and reorder since shipping took a bit and Father's Day was so close. It will haunt me every time I look at it though. Forever. I would buy another mug from this company and would be interested in checking out their other products also. I was impressed with the quality and the care they took when packaging and delivering.

Ordered a mug for my son's father day gift, not only did it take forever, but they changed the address to a mix of "my address" with "his address" so its not arriving for father's day. After I called they said thats the way the ordered was entered, which I know is wrong, his address is completedly different than mine. What a waste of $$$ dont buy from them.

Easy process and t shirt material is good. Just an FYI, the purple color shirt is too dark to see the black font letters. Wished there were font colors to select from.

I am extremely happy with the communication regarding my package and the quality. It is exactly what i wanted and even though i found the website through facebook where i could be wary my entire experience with your company was amazing! I ordered a dragon ball z father's day shirt everything I added to the shirt came out exactly as advertised. It was a thick cotton shirt and i'm sure my children's father is going to love it as much as i did! My ordered arrived 3 weeks before the day I needed it.

I ordered a fathers day mug and had it express shipped. They sent me someone else's mug. When I called they told me to prove i have the wrong mug with a Picture. I sent 3 different pictures and they claim they did not receive the pictures but did receive the email. After many calls they will not send the mug I ordered and won't refund me without a photo. First photo is what was sent, second photo is what I ordered
