When my mug arrived the image was positioned too close to the handle and the names were blurry and difficult to read. To Gossby's credit they offered to redo and replace the mug but I declined. The text font that they used for the names is cursive script and quite small and a replacement seems to just be a waste of resources as it will likely be the same. 2 stars for the product 5 stars for customer service, so 3.5 stars overall
I have purchased close to 20 items in the past year, including fleece throws and ceramic mugs. They have been so joyfully received by my friends...HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company & their unique products!

I ordered a Christmas gift for my friend on 12/10. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas (according to website) I am still waiting (Its 12/27). Delivery transit now states January 2nd. It is still sitting in California and I am waiting. Not so patiently, here in PA. Super disappointed. They did refund my shipping, but I will never order from them again. I get it, it's the holiday rush, so I expect a bit of a delay, but almost a month from order to receipt is not cool. I would've purchased a different custom item from a different company. After being advised shipping of the customized ornament I ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter was being expedited by a manager, it finally arrived the day AFTER Christmas. Ordered November 11th. Should have ordered from A Gift Customized whose shipping was really quick. A total waste of my time and money. Lesson learned.

I so so disappointed when I got my order. Nothing like what is pictured be aware I wouldn't order this ornament. But it does say 4x4 flat. Well they should show a flat piece of plastic not a nice ornament

I absolutely love the customized water bottle I ordered. Took awhile to arrive, which was to be expected, but was worth it. The pin/screw holding the cover onto the lid came out though, but the company was able to send me a replacement lid. Not only that, but they sent me a whole other customized water bottle as well. Couldn't ask for better service. Especially when the new bottle arrived much faster than the first. Was sceptical about trying them out at first, because never heard of the company before, but am glad I did.

Order the hoodie first and made a mistake in one of the dogs. I was able to reach out and get it fixed. Orderd a coffee mug also both arrived in about a week's time. Both items look great and I'm sure she will Love them.

I had some unauthorized charges on my bank account and they investigated and took care of it in under 3 business days. Their customer service is always exceptional. The fact that I didn't have to go through my bank to dispute the charges saved so much time!

I've made quite a few purchases from Gossby and have found them to be top notch with their products and their customer service. Any issues and they resolve them immediately. I ordered the wrong item by mistake one time. Could not correct or cancel it. I had to reorder but they gave me a partial credit and a coupon for an additional discount. Another time the lettering was a little smeared. Again I called and again the issue was resolved by making and sending another mug. All my orders except for one have been gifts. Answer: No they scam half their customers so any good review is so they can keep scamming people
Answer: Although I was advised it would take a minimum of 2 weeks, perhaps longer as it was during the holidays, I actually received them in about a week!
Answer: Although the order was in US$, the product was delivered from New South Wales in Australia within 2-3 days. I'm not sure where the ceramic mugs come from, but the personalised pics and labels would have to have been done within Australia, to be delivered so quickly.
