It was exactly what we needed.
Somewhat surprised by long lead time on Unity 4412GRTNK Wireway on previous order S******* dated 8/21/19, website says 5-7 days but it has been over a month, holding up a project. Hopefully all items on this order are all available from stock.
Web site a little (very) slow.

Prices are reasonable, shipping costs not so much
When the package arrived the taps were bent / damaged. Could not open door covers until I unbend the locks back in place. Packaging needs to be done in a better way.

The shipping from Emerson was a disaster. The package was addressed to "Web Customer" at our facility address. My name or mail stop was not on the shipping address at all. It was only when I saw that the package was delivered and went to our receiving people was I able to retrieve it. And then only by looking at the actual tracking number. Not knowing it was coming from Emerson, I kept looking for Gordon as the shipper. We finally went through the packages without usable delivery addresses and found it.
Reviews on the product itself are premature as we've not yet tested or deployed it.

So far it has been a swift and agreeable ordering experience. I am completely satisfied with the product I ordered. It is installed and looks great. I will certainly remember Gordon Electric Supply in the future if and when I need other supplies.
WONDERFUL experience. I originally ordered these items through a serarate vendor. 1 month later, the items have not shipped and I cannot get ahold of any one to check the status or cancel the order. Ridiculous! Just called Gordon Electric to check stock, and immediately the call was picked up, stock was confirmed, as well as a confirmation the items would ship to day. VERY HAPPY.
