I am VERY disappointed with the service from this company! We placed this order on 9/5/19 and it should have shipped in 3-5 business days... We waited, didn't get it... no communication from a company rep. I emailed and it took 2 days to get a response, to which I was told that it would be shipped that day...or by the 16th. Still didn't get it... emailed again, another 2 days before response... was told the shipment was lost in transit. So it would be shipped again. We finally just received in on 9/26! That is beyond ridiculous in this day and age where 99% of the companies out there ship items the next day... or within 5 days AT THE MOST! We will NEVER do business with this company again! We don't normally leave reviews like this, but I could not let this go by without letting people know just how bad our experience was. You did not offer any kind of discount, free shipping... NOTHING...for the frustration and inconvenience this caused!
Outer box was all banged up and crushed but inside contents seem to be good- I have not check each bulb to see if functions but none are broken
The only issue is that it shipped to my billing address and should have shipped to the shipping address.
