The basics of some product lines are stocked in lots of places, but Gordon also offers the hard-to-find items that make the job go a lot easier, and they keep the prices reasonable so it makes sense to go there for even non-special items to save on shipping. A valuable resource for my work.

Great experience however feel the product description could have been a bit more detailed. Fortunately, I did select the right lighting to match my existing high hats. Everything delivered was as hoped and worked. Thank you.
Price was better than used item on eBay. Appreciate a store that stocks parts for such items where big box stores do not.
Make it easier to find compatable shots. Make recomendations for the stuff that the molds need, like the hanldes. Make it easier for the customer. Make recomendations of similar molds and the sizes they go with. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to find one mold. Its a painful process.
I had a good buying experience and will use Gordon Electric again.
It is not easy to contact sales or find out if an item is in stock. Need more communication regarding inventory, back orders, shipping, etc.
