The only issue i had was the order date/shipping date. Ordered on a Friday and it didn't ship until the following Thursday. Not sure why there was such a delay.

Had to call the vendor of the product to get help on specifics. Did not like being on hold then being told I had to call another company. Also, even after talking to the vendor (Erico or whatever their name is), I got a product that was different than what I describer.
Gordon Electric is not a source, but simply a reseller, and they are doing that pretty well. I would have appreciated a little more hand-holding though when I was trying to get a proper part number.
Shipping costs are very high, based on other similar providers.

Website was tricky. After I had stuff in my cart, and then registered, it emptied my cart, and made me start all over again.
This is a made to order item. Everyone else said around 4-5 weeks but Gordon Electric was less than 2 weeks with shipping. Haven't installed yet but product is very good quality.
