The web site is used unfriendly. It requires the user to make guesses about what you want or what is the next step. The error statement give the wrong instructions
It was easy to use once i thought as an electrician instead of a designer :) finding the "real" names of items is tricky, when im used to hunting as an amateur. But we made it through. I wish you carried the vintage 18/2 rayon covered lamp cord in a DIY size :) I'll never need 2500 feet of any 18/2 in a lifetime.

Initial purchase effort failed. The site was not compatible with Apple Safari browser. The footer banner covered the lower part of the shopping cart page. I had to change to the Firefox browser.
