The lady and gentlemen that helped me on the phone were very helpful and polite.
Easy to use website and best price, delivery was late by UPS, however I knew it would be because I saw the UPS truck broken down, needed 2 tires, and being repaired. I talked to the UPS driver and she explained what was happening. This was the distro truck for others trucks, so I knew my package would be a few days late, no issue, i had a need for the products but not a critical need.
Super easy and you ship to Hawaii. DOUBLE BONUS!

Product was as advertised but package contents for one item were incomplete. Someone had removed the wire nuts. Product, however, was still usable. Delivery time was much longer than estimated.
Recommend packaging be examined for completeness before shipping in the future.

I did not like the fact that you could only put one wire on each terminal. I needed to jumper the 120 volt supply voltage but could not. I had to add two wires and wire nut them together to the input power to make the switch work for my application.
