Everything was good except it took a lengthy period of time to receive parts. This may have been the manufactures fault though and not yours.

My experience with this company was excellent. When I was ordering my replacement part on line I needed assistance and the representative Kris Kuttler was so helpful. Unfortunately I got charged twice for my order. It turned out not to be a problem, they credited my account in no time. I would definitely order again through Gordon Electric. It was the best price I could find.
