Very quick and easy. Also the search portal was great and got me right where I needed.

The 3 switches were all defective. I called the manufacturer, P&S and they confirmed they had bad switches. I decide to get my credit on my purchase from them rather than pay postage to mail them back to you and then wait on a long credit. Thank you

Gordon Electrical's online site has been great! You seem to have a lot of the one-off items that we need. I also really like the ability to use our UPS collect account with credit card purchases.
I have received the defect cartridge for the label printer, and I emailed customer service regarding my issue and required the replacement, I never had a reply from no one for couple days. Then I emailed Margaret Lamb which I contacted her about the shipment before so she helped me out, sent me the replacement.
